During our 2 hour stay at Svedi Stefan we enjoyed the beach and the water there. It has a great view to the Sveti Stefan island. The beach is covered with very small pieces of rocks which i enjoyed as i don't like sandy beaches. A swim there is mandatory,

It's a nice walk, over 4 km. Each way. Google maps took us partway on the main roads, but you can walk all the way on paths along the beach, even along the private hotel grounds. We had a coffee at the olive restaurant. Looks reasonable for lunch with a great view of the island. The beach is full of rocks, our beach is better for swimming

The photo that is shown is not Crvena glavica beach..It is st.Stefan luxury resort. If you intend to spend a day with water and food in the bag Crvena glavica is nude wild beach. Before we visited beach we tried to find more info about beach, but...there is a little info about...From main road you have to take entrance Crvena glavica, direction Restoran Galija. Before the Restaurant there is a nice bay for nude, It is wild beach and you could reached it using goat path located in the middle of bay. There is no sign..no people, who you could not find when you need them. You must have sport shoes and a little bravery for reaching it..But...you invest in freedom and enjoyment.

The right side of the beach is abit more exclusive, 100 euro for their daybeds for 2. The left side is alot cheaper but pretty busy. I preffered the beaches at the Dukley resort alot more (all three of them).

We just wanted to take some photos of this very picturesque place. We stopped on the main road from Budva to Bar, and did just that..... along with lots of other people! But that was fine, because the sun came out, and the pics were beautiful.

This is as close as normal people can go to gawk at the ostentatiously rich & famous. It is a fact that Sveti Stefan is immensely picturesque. Pity we will never find out if it is as good inside as from a distance. . .

The beach is small pebbles, but the water was beautiful and in the inlet of the island surrounding part of it, the water was warm and calm! This was our favorite beach that we visited in Montenegro.

Caught the Budva bus to Sveti Stefan. Had been told by our tour guide we would not get on the island and that the beach beds on kings and queen beach are £100-120 per day. However to the left of Sveti Stefan is a public beach. We found a cafe/restaurant right by the promenade entrance to the island on the public side. Clean good coffee and beer not over priced. We knew that the island was inaccessible but think many others would be disappointed but a nice view.

We were a group of 26 people and as I picked this place as one of the many destinations to include in the itinerary, I couldn't quite understand why our agency Adria Line said she offered this as a gift to us. When we visited in October, the hotel was closed and we understood access was only open to hotel guests. Upon arrival, I realized most tourists would only stop for a bird's eye view of the island to take pictures and couldn't get near. It might also incur additional charges to get so near to the site. We were able to walk from the carpark along the small trail leading to the beach just opposite the island. It was very picturesque and we happened to see our guide Da Da's family fishing on a small boat to get the catch of the day for their restaurant.

The public beach where you can paddle, swim or rest without getting shouted at by the guards from the exclusive hotel. Superb views of Sveti Stefan Island and great sunsets. Parking adjacent to and behind the beach - but quite expensive so beware.
