My comments & photos on review "Pavlova Stana Viewpoint" are a bit more comprehensive.
Crnojevic River with its serpentine meanderings over to Lake Skadar, is so picturesque. Non more so than the Horseshoe Bends.
You can swim in the river with boats from Rijeka Crnojevic village.

Untouched nature, great views, peaceful. You can take a boat tour and explore it. Lots of nice restaurants and souvenir shops at the Stari most. Drive carefully and enjoy, it's not a place for those in a hurry😁

This river feeds into skadar lake. It is great for a boat trip and a nice temperature for swimming. There is a lot of wildlife here and many locals fish here for fresh water catches.

the river and bridge are kind of expected but the very narrow scenic route which leads to it is very special

It is a small village, but incredibly cute and cozy. My warm recommendation to visit it for a few hours during nice weather, have a walk and have a lunch. You can take really nice photos here, both during day and night.

Once beautiful little town of Rijeka Crnojevica undeservedly got abandoned with the construction of the new highway linking Cetinje to Podgorica. Tourists are coming back and the place is nice to take another boat tour of Lake Skadar. The cafes are about to close for winter when we were visiting in September 2017. Parts of the old “highway” from Cetinje to Podgorica are still in use and the Ulici-Rijeka Crnojevica-Rvasi section should not be missed with the obligatory viewpoint at Pavlove Strane.

After walking through the Old Town, I ended up at the steps going down to this river and its nice, old bridge. The bridge is really nice. But there seems to be no upkeep of the area. It actually seems abandoned. Walkways are not cleaned and have trash and broken glass everywhere, and one huge chunk had fallen into the river. The only people down there were lovers (daytime) and a man who may have been homeless. I remember thinking, "I would hate to be walking here if it weren't full daylight." I actually turned away from the lovers out of fear that the young man would say something about me disturbing them. (He was into heavy petting at the time.)

Fabulous place at Skadar lake, distanced about 30 kilometers from Podgorica.
If you really want to enjoy in beauty of national park Skadar lake, I strongly recommend to take a road from Rijeka Crnojevica to Virpazar. It will be your unforgettable ride through national park Skadar Lake.

We offer adventure and discovery in the river, the remains of many castles ruins and rich aquatic fauna and rare flora. Last but not least - friendly, hospitable residents

Strictly speaking Rijeka Crnojevica belongs to Cetinje municipality. The Crnojevica river forms the NW section of Lake Skadar, the village or rather hamlet has fewer than 200 inhabitants. The new highway between Kotor / Cetinje and Podgorica bypasses the old village and for this reason the place decreased in significance.
Most tourists visit as part of organized tours, but it is possible to go there by yourself with public transport from Podgorica (one or two buses per day). There is no low budget accommodation in Rijeka Crnojevica, just an expensive hotel, but perhaps locals are willing to put you up for a night. I came back to Podgorica the same day.
Recommended for lovers of riverscapes.
