The lake surprises me at my first sight. It is as pure as crystal and I could see the sky and mountains clearly in the water. Cycling is the best way for this lake. The culture here is also unique and interesting to learn about.

If the weather is good, this place is stunning to see (especially at Sunrise/Sunset). I would highly suggest biking around the lake. Definitely much quieter than Dali (and more beautiful imo).

The most beautiful place we visited whilst in China. Not easy to get to, but worth it. Whilst there is an airport, it is limited domestic flights and you need a Chinese passport to book with that airlines. So best bet is to take the...More
