if you want to believe the terrible face of war, Please visit this place and listen to the sad music in it. Also you can see the name of dead soldiers on the wall.

Since you need to see the sculpture on top of the hill you might as well see the eternal flame. I think there's changing of the guards every whole hour.

i loved toe solemn nature of the place, saw the names of the persons who died in the war remembered in the areaand also witnessed the guard change it was breathtaking

Nice place the flame is turning on 24 hours all year for the memory of all heros who died defending the city.

We went there after visiting the Motherland Calling statue. It lies just beneath it. It is stunning. Very beautiful and moving. A lot of people were there because of the WC game between Nigeria and Iceland but everybody was very respectful. This memorial is one...More

Great view and contribution to the many who died in Stalingrad. The whole complex is amazing and this one is done very well.

In the adress pointed in the Map, is the place of this photo. There’s a flame, but a diferent one. Please, can you fix it?

It's a simple concept, but the eternal flame shines bright. The fact that there were guards standing watch (similar to the troops at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier or at Buckingham Palace) was the icing on the cake.
