Loved paddling around the mangroves on a kayak with also good boat tour to bat caves etc. Loved seeing the eagles. Sad to see plastic bottles dropped in the rivers and swamps though by other tourists! However would really recommend any visitor to Langkawi enjoying a day here.

We did a one hour Mangrove boat trip . We covered the Fish farm and Eagle feeding . It was a nice experience. They charged RM150 for one hour . The official rate is RM250. It was not a rush time , that could be why they came down to 150.

Mangrove tour is an amazing experience one can have while in Langkawi. You have to take on your boat (charter or sharing basis) and than move on to visit different places in Mangrove. It includes Mangrove trees, bat cave, eagle feeding point, swimming monkey point, fish farming followed by lunch in restaurant located in sea.

This is a great experience you can ever have. These days are the best for the tour, because you can watch lots of eagles these days. Mangrove tour is best. We go with "Island Adventure" tour guides who guided us lot.

We were a party of 4 adults and decided to hire a taxi for a half day (MYR150 for 6 hours). We started with a private Mangrove tour. Boat takes you down through the river with mangroves; you pause to watch the eagles, monkeys, bat cave, fish feeding, crocodile cave and return via the coast which has incredible views. Whole... WE chose to book the tour directly for 9 people rather than go with the hotel tour. This saved us a total of 1,300 Ringgits for the whole group, and we were able to get more activities in and tailor to our own preference. WE started off by getting on a boat to go to the bat cave, where we... More

Should try the mangrove tour in Langkawi. The boat ride in the sea is an amazing experience. You need to book a tour package which varies from vendor to vendor. We took a package of RM 120 per person in which pick up and drop to resort were available. 5 activities were covered for 4 hours in this package which... More
