I stumbled onto this small shrine while making my way to the Gangoji Temple in Nara. The area is mainly a residential area with a few shops and restaurants. The shrine is actually very nice with a huge willow tree that unfortunately was less than it's best in December. Certainly, while this shrine is colorful and interesting to explore, I would not go out of my way to visit it as it is really small can be explored in about ten minutes.
