We went at the peak season of fall to see the night illumination, and were not disappointed. The place was beautiful during the day and even better at night. It's not very big so you won't get very tired. Good for relaxing and taking many...More

This is a very agreeable garden and you would be well-advised to go into it and enjoy a stroll if you happened to be in the vicinity anyway, but it is scarcely worth the effort of going to from some distance on purpose just to...More

Saw a review by another visitor that fall colours were still in the gardens and i was not disappointed. Good place to spend half a day & enjoy a leisurely lunch at the garden restaurant.

It's a delicate garden where you can just relax and enjoy the view. When we visited there, some maples turned red, making the garden even more beautiful.

Serene, peaceful and with birds chirping all around. Very tranquil in the middle of a busy city. Nice place to take in the beautiful pond with lots of Japanese carps.

Though traveling with partner, I strongly recommend to come here alone and indulge in silence the beauty of this garden. I was hoping to see more colors, but sadly the leaves have yet to turn. In 1-2 weeks from now, one will get to enjoy...More

I think you better go to the Tokugawa Art Museum if you like Sengoku Commanders. For example, Swords and armor were on display. Unfortunately It is a bit far from Nagoya Station. For the reason, Evaluation is negative 1.
