It is the big area for shopping. There are a lot of shopping mall and restaurant. But there are not much of drug stores. When I went to Tokyo or Osaka there are drug store in every corner but not in Nagoya.

Sakae is where you go if you are looking for great food, booze and more. It’s especially active at night. As a foreigner, this is the place to observe the local Nagoya scene.

Good shopping district with many wonderful high end department stores.... you can also go from one to the other via walkways in many of them..... and the basements you could walk for miles and never see daylight.... great if it's wet!

A fun party area in Nagoya with lots of restaurants and bars to enjoy, fitting for a wide range of expectations. A good place to go at night when in Nagoya.
