The cable car ride up the hill was great. The view and temperature were nice. However, because we are travelling in a group packaged tour, and by the time we checked-in @ Mecure, it was already 3pm. So after touring around the temple, wine cellar,...More

A bit expensive just for the cable car ride which was interesting. The festival does not offer much for a European.

We also visited on 18th June, but we must’ve been just unfortunate as the queues where huge for the cable car when we arrived at approximately 9.45am. We went up masses of escalators before we reached the area for the cable car. But it was...More

Bana Hills is emulated French architecture style. Nowadays, tourists in group visit Bana Hills more and more crowded, especially at weekend and in summer. However if you are a solo tourist you also can enjoy atmosphere and activities here. It's more peaceful in working days....More

Ba Na hills is worth a one day trip. The best part of the trip is the 20 minute cable car ride. Be prepared for some queueing back and forth. In our case, around 15 minutes. Good lunch buffet served. It is a very nice...More

There's nothing particularly authentic about this faux French village theme-park, but it's fun enough. You'll see a Gothic church (go inside and tap on the "stone" walls - they are hollow!), a few bier hauses (we got coupons for some free beers at the cable...More

We visited today (Monday June 18th, 2018) - that is I didn’t experience long queues. Seriously, we didn’t have to wait more than 3 minutes to get into a cable car both ways. Our hotel booked a private car, the driver left us at the...More

The best part about the visit is the cable car ride (and I am afraid of cable car rides). The view from the cable car is truly spectacular but we got an even better view on our way to Hue. Once you get to the...More

The wait before the actual queue was unpleasant. We went on a Tuesday. Too many people jostling for space and I even saw a lady fainted and being carried away. The cable ride was pleasant and scenic. It was cooling at the top, a light...More
