Filthy place. Nothing relaxing. You feel dirty after coming from there. It’s a scam to get money from tourists. If you get it online, money is not refundable.

A good value experience. Yes the place is a little dated but for the price, you cant expect a five star spa. Everything was perfect and the staff were friendly.

Got a sports massage with Ali. Paid for 60 min but only got 45min massage. I even confirmed the duration with him at the start. I kept track of the time only because other reviewers had mentioned getting short-changed on the time. Massage was excellent otherwise. I was going to give him a good tip for the massage, but instead, didn't tip him at all.
FYIs below; not deal breakers: The massage tables are not private. In the room I was in, there were 4 tables. The pictures look nice but the facility actually looks dated. I can't comment on the other areas, like hammam/scrubbing. Only got the massage.
Also FYI: the genders are separated. Men are massaged by male therapists.
I would go back, assuming that cutting the massage short isn't the norm there

This is a great option after a day of sightseeing or even for just relaxation. The Swedish massage was a highlight. Don’t miss it when in Cappadocia

Very disappointed. The entire facility was barely warm. Took 10 min in the sauna to even start to sweat, the washing room was more cool than warm, supposedly a 15-minute massage was included in the scrub, but that would have to start with the first rinse to make 15 minutes. The worst part was the jacuzzi, it was too cool to be comfortable. I spoke with management. I was so disappointed that I asked for my money back, something I've never done. Zero flexibility from the management since I didn't leave before the scrub. So, my advice is to choose wisely, and if you do happen to go and find any part unsatisfied tory, leave before the scrub.

I was very worried to go to this bath after I saw the terrible reviews but I had a good experience! All of the staff were friendly and it was a very relaxing experience. I booked the package that included the peeling scrub and bubble massage and it was great! The facility has a sauna, steam room, salt room, pool, and showers which were in pretty good condition though some parts were a bit dated and others could benefit from a bit more cleaning. Overall, it was a good experience for the price and I would go here again.

Serious safety incident

Let me tell you about my experience at this hammam. It was my first time at a traditional hammam. I came with 3 other women. The staff was friendly and the place clean. We go to the washing room, lay down on the table, and all is normal until the women washing us start laughing. Then the woman washing me starts smacking my butt and yelling "sexy lady what is your name!!?!" I was really confused, like this can't be part of the treatment; why am I the only one here who this is happening to? So I told the woman to stop. I had to tell her twice to stop before she actually did! That behavior is unbelievably inappropriate, and it ruined my relaxing hammam experience. I will never be back, and I would urge others not to go here either. Sexual harassment is never ok.

We paid 20€ for the basic program. Men’s Sauna was not functioning, jaccuzi was cold, no face mask received + they use same glove for all clients…
To sum up, it was a normal shower with a 5-10 min bubble massage which is too much for the price ! I would not recommend it.

Was chauffeured to this “hammam” by serkan from the orient gift and silver shop very close by. Was told it was clean and the best hammam, but it wasn’t the main one on the street which i thought was the one they were taking us to… it turned out the be a dirty, nasty and overpriced slap and go. I had a stinging sensation on my …. after being told to enter the cold jacuzzi which was a bad move. My woman got a severe rash on her lower body also from this place. Shame shame shame on the scoundrels all connected group of scammers and swindlers in this area. Thanks for ruining the turk reputation.

The worst Hamam ever!! Do not go!
Sauna out of use. Pool out of use.
No cold water available in shower.
Staff unfriendly ! This is for tourist but only for money. We had book and paid already via travel agency but once we arrived, owner asked to pay again.

No. The regular massage is women only. My daughter and I both got oil massages after that were done by women.
