This was a fun beach for the kids because they had the option of the waterslides too! You do pay for them but they had endless fun so it was worth the money.
Beach was quite busy.
Cafe nothing interesting.. chips, burger etc.

Akcagerme Beach lies near Kaş Marina. It is a very colourful place, which profits a lot from the surrounding scenery, the bay and its little islands. Luckily, it is not as overrun as, e.g. Kaputaş Plaji, and its infrastructure is more than satisfactory.

The beach is located in a bay which means the seas are very calm. It's also reasonably shallow until 15m or so into the sea.

It's a fine pebble beach, but not at all unpleasant to walk on. The aquapark was unoperational when visited in late September, but the local restaurant was and the food was fine and inexpensive.

Lovely beach, pebbles as usual so not a problem. Food here is very basic but is more than satisfactory. Sun loungers & Kiosks are available for 60TL and are great if you have kids and need to give them shade whilst out of the sea, unsure of lounger prices. I absolutely love these kiosk as I’m not a great fan of the beach with the small umbrellas but manage a full day with a kiosk. Water slides are at this location but only open at certain times of the day... 20tl per person and only for 1hr very reasonable in my view. The sea has a section for very young children which has been roped off and also 2 floating islands.. My opinion this is a must see whilst on your hols and doesn’t really start getting busy until 1600

During our eight week stay we have been to all the beaches in Kas and most are a lovely place to be. On our first visit here we were pressured by cafe staff to pay for sun beds which we did not want. On a walk around the establishment around the beach looked very run down..lots of broken equipment everywhere. Whilst we wander around the beach area we were still be followed by staff watching if we sat on a sunbed. Positive things were the sea which was calm ..great for families with small children. Also we found a restaurant at the top of the hill overlooking the sea which served great food. Not sure if it was part of the beach establishment or independent. I would recommend that the beaches on the peninsula are by far cleaner and a nicer place to be.

We visited this beach with our 3 year old daughter......this beach does not have waves like kaputas beach......its most calm waters and shallow where our daughter enjoyed.....I really enjoyed snorkeling on this beach.... I went closer to the outer swim perimeter where it is a bit deep and I saw a turtle, an octopus and an eel apart from the variety of fish.....we have been on multiple boat trips in bodrum, fethiye, dalyan and kas but on this beach I saw the most variety of sea life..... for kids, they also have a water slide and we saw some peacocks roaming around...if you visit this beach post lunch time, you dont need to rent sunbeds and umbrella, as there are trees providing natural shade.....all in all a really good family beach .....only issue with this beach is that it has pebbles

This was a great beach for our family. Our children also enjoyed the water slides. They had little bungalows that our family of 6 could fit in as well.

This is Kas City Center Beach, but really, its not a beach, its a tiny little pebble beach, cramped in between Derya Beach Club and the Cinarlar Beach Club. If you really are looking for a beach, keep walking to Big Pebble Beach another 10-15 minutes out of town, or take the bus or car to the amazing beach Kaputas, or Patara. BUT, if you're just out for a swim or a quick dipp in the ocean, this is as good as any place in Kas, to jump in and swim out a bit to enjoy the beautiful view, because it is truly a beutiful spot, even though its a tiny, tiny little pebble beach.

Akçagerme beach is run by local government (kaymakamlık) and it is a practice facility for students of vocational school of tourism.

Therefore prices and services are fairly balanced, if you are not looking for a posh beach with some luxury or extra private space then this place is good value for most visitors; especially for families with kids (smallscale aqua slides seem attractive for children)

There are also a number of bowers as alternative for sunbeds and umbrellas. If you are early I would recommend a sunbed under the shelter of the trees.

Fast food eating and snack bar facilities exist and they are pretty much ok for various needs.

This is a nicest beach around Kas suitable both for adults and kids. There are two playgrounds, although the playground in the upper part of the park is better. In the lower part there is a tiny poultry yard with guinea fowls, geese, chicken and peacocks, bar with refreshments and the pebble beach in a quiet harbour. In the upper part in the park there is also a restraurant with a good menu, delicious meal and stunning sea view.
