Outstanding service! First time came in the store I was amazed by the highly professional customer service and of course all interesting items for sale. Owners do speak English so we communicated easy. I'm very pleased from my visit. I bought a backgammon handmade. A big bargain price-quality. The store has a second floor were are all the vases and many tiles. You also can see Aladin's lamp 😉.
You don't need other gift shop.
You will find something in this store as a pleasure for your eyes.

If you’re looking for handcrafted, authentic Turkish wares, then look no further. Absolutely beautiful items from wall to wall. The owners are really sweet, wrapping our items with upmost care to ensure they arrived home safely. Would encourage anyone to visit if looking for that sentimental item to take home from Kas.

Visited Tugra twice during our stay in Kas. It’s an absolute treasure trove of cups, saucers, bowls, plates, coasters, lamps, trinket boxes, and much more! Found that the quality of the pieces was far finer than that in other shops. We were bowled over by the incredible selection and the two brothers who run the shop were kind and helpful. A definite must-see! You won’t leave empty-handed.

My wife bought several gifts from this place. The quality seemed better than some other outlets and the assistants were very helpful.

A great shop with great service from Ali. We bought some ceramics and, had we more room in our luggage, would’ve bought more. The prices are very reasonable and Ali is a great host. My advice to travellers is to avoid tours that take you to ceramic studios and give you “50% off” - they’re tourists traps where you pay inflated prices. Go to genuine artisan shops like Tugra in Kas and purchase at much better rates.

Have been back to this shop three times in the last year. We bought tiles and lamps. Prices were fair and Ali shipped them all back to Hawaii for us in four days. When I needed one more tile he shipped it for me immediately. We returned again recently for cabinet pulls. They are stunning. The products are high quality and I would recommend them I will post more photos when we finish our kitchen remodel

Ali will guide you with passion through his collection of tiles, ceramics, backgammon etc which are all pieces that connect you to the craft man who did it. If you wish to buy a piece with an authentic flavor from Turkey, visiting this shop is a Must.

All souvenirs look the same, when you walk the narrow streets of Kas - but in this gallery everything is well organized so everyone can find eventualy something unique and special. The staff (with the owner himself) is always there to guide and to help - but without unnessesery interupting if someone prefers to browse by himself. In the world cluttered with thousands of things - place like this is a great relief for every tourist;-)
