This is set among ordinary houses we took a taxi and spent about 20 min Food stalls and souvenirs there too

When we pulled up to the Temple I was not sure what to expect, but once we went inside it was just amazing. The artwork on the various Statues was beautiful, and when you went inside and saw the Buddha stunning

We've been to hundreds of Wats. This one stands out as very, very cool. The lights and the blue are a bit surreal.

It is a great place for pictures and makes you appreciate the work that goes into the making of the temples whether they are for religious purposes or for tourism. There is a place for both here in Thailand and I would recommend going.

Lovely new Wat all in BLUE, now there are the White Temple, the Black Temple, and now the Blue temple. Now the downside, Little parking, LOT'S of tour busses, and it being fairly hard to find a spot to park in. Very good restaurants nearby...More

Most temples open early and close in the evening. But this is more of an art thing than an actual temple. I think it opens around 8am
