Well worth a visit, even when it is busy (we visited at 3 pm on Saturday afternoon).
Entrance fee was 15K and there are quite a few shops and cafes if you don't fancy walking down (and up!) 165 steps to the base of the...More
I went to see Tegenungan waterfall with my family and to be honest we were all pretty disappointed.
Way too many tourists!
Down the waterfall they played music and it felt so weird. Not very natural.

Beautiful natural waterfall to visit but if you want to get closer its 300 steep steps down and 300 back up. If your fit then do go down for a paddle or swim. And take money because the toilets are not free.
This waterfall used to be cleaner and much nicer to go to, also one of the easiest and closest to find. But because of all the new foreigners going there it seems like it has lost that bling and elegance about it.
