We stayed at Magico do Mar by the beach. The beach itself is quite clean and is populated mostly by the locals.
Intersting set of visitors are the photographers busy taking pre-wedding shots of to-be couples!

Great unexplored beach with a great view! Very neat and clean and umbrellas are set for shelter. Great place to spend the day with family. Amazing park available for kids and easy to do exercise machines availables for adults and kids. Easy to find and good restaurant with sea food at great rate available!

Beach is located just at the start of Diu when you enter from Gujarat, the beach is super clean and had only 1 vendor proving adventure activities which was at double the cost as you would get at the main Nagoa beach, if you want to relax and unwind this beach is surly going to suit u.

Nice little beach to have a glimpse of fisherman's life.
Pedallled down from the Fort rd,crossing the main bridge,to reach in time for the first rays of the sun. Few boats were coming bach after overnight stay on the sea for fishing. Shared their excitment of the catch, the nitty gritties of unfolding and folding of fishing nets, hauling of the boat from the sea to the shoreand the fish market. Had a small boating round of the sea, courtesy the friendly fishermen.
Pl donot go there in early mornig.( People are sitting on the beach in the same pose, leaving behind their excreta for the sea to take care of it)

The beach is on the other side of Diu, very less frequented by travellers. Very few hotels/resorts nearby. It is near the checkpost of Diu on way to Una. Sugatti beach resort is on this beach, should anyone choose to stay.
The beach is so serene, calm, having unspoilt stretch of sand, we were at love with the beach at very first sight. There are a few guys on the beach for watersports, although we could not spot anyone indulging in. The guys let us keep our sandals on the beach in their shack and explore Ghoghla beach from end to end. The waters are safe and clean for bathing.
Must visit this beach instead of the crowded and costly Nagoa beach.
Would suggest to carry some snacks as there is nothing nearby to eat. Sugatti resort could be an option to eating out.

This beach is best in Diu in my opinion. Me and my wife visited Ghoghla beach early in the morning and just fell in love with this place.

Though the beach is very good and clean, it is not visited as much as other spots in Diu. Since there already is a beach, that is , Nagoa Beach, which is very popular due to its size and proximity to good bar and restaurants, I think people forego the opportunity of bathing here. Also it is a very rocky beach, which again could be a reason that people avoid it to prevent from getting any injuries.

It is less crowded and pristine beach. Not as crowded as Nagoa Beach. Also, in favorable seasons, you can enjoy water sports. If you want to feel the breeze and simply relax without hustle bustle, prefer Ghoghla, ideal for couples.

Diu's best kept secret.  Forget Nagoa : this is the beach to go out if all you love is the ocean,  bathing and water sports.  This is the beach where the locals go to.  Without any hawkers,  just a coconut seller,  sandy shores without any litter this was one of the cleanest beaches I have visited in India.  Unlike Nagoa it's not rocky.  I used to pack all my essentials ( including wallet,  cell phone )and just bury it halfway in the sand in my line of sight and take it back after 4-5 hours.  Not once;  but repeatedly. No one even came near it. I spent a beautiful week just with the ocean and a beer on the beach afterwards.  Take an auto or the public bus which are few and runs till 6 or 7 pm.

There's also a beautiful Circuit House the backyard of which opens out to the Ghogla beach. Price very reasonable @3500 to 4000 per night but you need to book 7 days in advance.  Do check it out.
