It was interesting. The beach was full of venders there was a nice lady selling coconuts to drink. She would cut them on the stop and it was fun drinking out of the nut. We had fun walking the beach and people watching.

This beach has the best kite surfing in South America. The waves are incredible and the water is always warm. It's a spot you can enjoy the wind and waves year 'round. You can find great lessons available; just ask around; and you'll find a...More

I went here to learn to kitesurf, but the beach itself is great to go to for a few relaxing days as well. There's not much going on, so you can just chill out and relax. The sunset is also really beautiful as well!

Right near the water a few bar and grills. The beginning of modernization in the small farm community. A must see for all those that visit Manta. I enjoyed seeing the farms , animals n locals along the way.

Not sure, but during this week in mid March, we practically had this beautiful beach to ourselves. The cute beach restaurants were open and the people were friendly, what more do you want?

Beach access was quite damaged by the heavy rains hitting Manabi. The beach was ok, although you should be cautious as the sea is a little strong and waves were quite big. We went for lunch at Playa Bonita restaurant, which was good and cheap...More

The drinking tap water in all Ecuador, and most South America is not safe. Bottle water is and is common and cheap. The food usually is.
