This is the sidewalk and roadway along the beach area. Lots of traffic. Some seaside restaurants. Slightly picturesque.

Getting off a cruise ship, we turned left at the terminal to walk along Malecon de Mantra. Traffic is very busy along here so be careful when crossing the avenue. Otherwise there is a pedestrian overpass some distance further down. Things along here to see...More

It is a great place if you like swimming in blood and guts from eviscerated fish. The stench of the local fish processing and p canning factories make it difficult to breathe.

Manta is a small city, however the places to visit are very worth going to. Make sure you dine in their small shops, good food and great service.
