Very fancy place with all designers brands and all, loved the place with good restaurants, atmosphere was nice! the problem is that everything closes too early!

A Trip to Chengdu IFS

A luxury shopping mall in Chengdu! Landmarked by a giant panda statue outside, if you want to see the face, you need to go to the rooftop first. The escalator system was impressive, the same in IFS Chongqing, perfect!

Luxury Shopping Mall

This is the pinnacle of luxury shopping in Chengdu. Landmarked by a giant panda statue climbing the facade of the mall.

Inside is a miriad of luxury brands and high end eateries. Very clean, very lux.

Has one of the most impressive escalator network system I have ever seen.

Very lively and modern. The lights are very pretty. The panda looks so cute. But we did not stay long as we need to go queue for chuanchuan.

Modern and very expensive looking Mall

I get the feeling that this mall is very expensive just by looking at the big international luxury brands that are found here. It's the exactly same feeling as the IFS located in Hong Kong. The H&M in here is also rather expensive, good for a quick stroll but not good for shopping as most of the things here are on the high end.

Malls that aren’t explained well

Very hard to find anything in the mall as it’s way too big and not well signposted Rooftop garden was only easy to find.
Rather than this particular building, go out. The whole block + more is shopping district as well as food heaven.

Commercial property with a big shopping mall

In terms of a shopping mall, it is big and modern. In terms of shops, mostly top luxury brands that you won’t buy in China (given the import taxes added). However, have to agree that it is an up-to-date high-end shopping mall.

There is a big food court serving many local street foods. There are also some fashion stores featuring local designers.

Next to one of the mall entrances, there is also a scheduled tour bus stop. You can buy tickets to go some of the most popular tourist attractions of Chengdu surroundings.

Huge shopping center with a panda on top

The place is great for window shopping. Every designer I can think of has a shop there. It's not the place for souvenir shopping! There is a giant panda on the roof that makes for great pictures. The rooftop garden is very pretty. There's also an ice skating rink.

Tasty food at Nha Trang Vietnamese Restaurant

Coconut seafood rice and fresh pink coconut to drink - I felt as if I were in heaven....!

One of the things I quickly got used to in China is the serving or HOT water as soon as you sit down at your table.here they served warm water with lemon. Delicious! I will do this back home as well.....

ALL the food we ordered was great!

China’s version of King Kong

The IFS building not only has almost every designer you can think of - so is great for window shopping! But also has a giant panda hanging from the side of the building which is great for getting some awesome pictures with. The rooftop garden is currently still being developed; but it still definitely worth a visit.
