Lots of stalls to shop, clothes, accessories, souviners, food, drinks. Great vibe to the place, it is crowded for sure but it's worth the craziness. Lots of options to keep you busy for a few hours. Loved the experience!! Highly recomended!!

Very very touristy even more touristy then pub street. However there are some restaurants and bars that you can go and spend some good quality evening and night time. Price? Just cheap. Spend your riel first then spend your us dollar.

Visited the market in July and found it too tiring and noisy to use more time than nessesary there. All sellers and tuk tuk drivers kept on pushing their services on us, and made it totally impossible to just walk around and look.

It is prepared with Tuktuk drivers waiting at every corner , tourists all over the place and Khmer in the stalls selling souvenirs and making fun of the tourists.

Go to buy your souvenirs here from the street peddler (not shops). Haggle and get them cheaper than the old market. Go for the cheap massage here too.

Nice night market, lots of variety and people are friendly to bargain with, not too busy at this time of year, would really recommend trying the fried ice cream!

Pretty standard night market with the usual souvenirs. It seems like all of the stalls sell the same thing though, so despite the number of stalls, the actual selection is limited. Good for tees and cheap dresses though and we found the vendors much less...More

As other cities at Asia, this market is the normal market at night. Around philippines, VT, thai, malasya, china, myanmar.... all the same. You need bargain and bargain, is good to know the local people and take care with your values. You can eat around...More

Filled with plenty of stores and restaurants. The shops sell all sorts of stuff - from fake shirts and shoes to tourist tat. Fun to walk around and haggle for stuff and prices are reasonably good when compared to similar places around SEA.

I regret I cannot answer your questions definitively. There are money changer outlets in various locations, so changing AUD into local currency should not be a problem. If you haven't set off on your travels as yet, I... More
