    Great Place to Try
When we were in Dubai a few years ago when we were inside the Mall we saw this inside the mall. Who would ever skip the chance to try skiing in Dubai, inthe dessert! Very nice place and even the snow feels and looks the real one. I highly recommend this place to travelers.

One of the best attractions of Dubai
In the heat of Dubai. Ski is the best place to visit. It’s a unique attraction in Middle East. Lots of activities with the kids. Be care if rush time. During peak time no need to buy unlimited ride access because you won’t be able to do that due to huge queue.

    So much fun!
The ability to ski or snowboard when it’s 45+ degrees outside is incredible! We took a few group skiing lessons and had so much fun! The groups are small, which means the instructor can give quite personalised service. You definitely need to book in advance though. The one downside is that it can get quite busy and advanced skiers/snowboarders come down at a very fast pace, which can be quite daunting for a newbie. Overall, a nice experience, and one that we’ll repeat again.

    Must do in Dubai
So much better than I expected! One of the highlights of our 7 week trip across many countries. We bought the premium package (which included socks and gloves) and got to experience everything on offer. We had a great day! It was opened from 9am to 12midnight which was fantastic. We are already great skiers so the runs were a bit short but excellent to get out of the heat. And the zipline was so much fun. Take extra layers. We also had a break and went out for a while then came back. Well worth the money. The lines did get a bit long because they wouldn’t group people together to make each lift full, sometimes only 1 person on a 4 person chair, which was frustrating. The staff were very attentive and friendly doing a wonderful job, especially the cleaners, who have to pick up the absolute mess that the visitors leave! I have never been anywhere that shows how lazy people can be, expecting everyone to pick up after them. Put your crap where it goes people, stop acting so privileged!

    Fun time, but be careful!
All-in service, was fun and affordable. Lift lines are not managed so wait is a little longer than expected, and local teenagers are allowed to run out of control in front of you and possibly into you in the slopes. Something unique and different in hot environment makes it worth it. Be careful!

    Almost Perfect
Ski Dubai is a great place to visit with friends, family, or even solo. The skiing experience is thrilling and fun. The Ski Dubai staff is very friendly and helpful. The mountain-themed mall is a great place to spend a day or evening with your loved ones. The ski resort is well maintained and clean. Overall, Ski Dubai is a great place to enjoy the skiing experience. However, the food quality at Ski Dubai needs some improvement. The food options at Ski Dubai are not up to the mark. The waiting time at food outlets, and other activities can be a bit long 20-45min at average during peak hours. It’s not managed well unfortunately.

    Great fun
The day we went was not crowded. Thus, easier to move around and get to play the rides multiple time. We decided to sign up for the discovery ski school. It was so much fun. The instructor, Kumar, was so patience and helpful. He always ensure our safety and importantly we have fun.

Snow skiing in 40c is brilliant, reasonable value for money.
Good experience, where else in the world do you get to go snow skiing when it’s 40c outside?? Would recommend it, we took the family of 4 experience pass which included skiing, zorbing, toboggan slide. Reasonable value for money, clean clothes but boots and skis were very tired/worn. The quality of the equipment was the only downside.

    Awesomely Great!!!
My experience was awesome. Mr Hossam the manager on duty made sure my son and I had a great time despite the fact that our voucher was not a recent one. I told him my son and I came all the way from Sharjah to have fun. And it will be a waste of energy and my son will really feel bad if he could not see the snow experience I have been promising him long time ago. Mr Hossam saw how apologetic I was and the sad face on my son and he decided to let us use the voucher. Thank so much to you. I will always remember this favour you did for me and my son. God bless 🙏🙏🙏

If you like to ski when it's 100° outside this is your place
Can get a little expensive depending on the packages you select but this place is pretty amazing especially the penguin experience, definitely worth it if you LOVE 🐧 penguins. Only negative is the extremely high prices to buy your pictures with since you can't take your own. That's how they get you.

Such a cool and fun place to visit!
We started off by meeting the penguins and learning all about them which was followed by is taking pictures and able to strike them.
We then got to wonder through the Northe pole before meeting the main man himself. This was followed by Hot chocolate.
We then got to experience all the rides such as the bobsled and the ski lifts, whilst the children had a ski lesson.

Ski Dubai was unique and a fun novelty, even more so if you're used to skiing outside. It was fun to do, though the skiing is of course limited (and they have a surprising amount of activities on offer from skiing, to tubing, to penguins apparently).
It wasn't crowded when I was there, but the main chairlift was painfully slow. After one ride, I discovered the surface tow/Poma lift which was much better. I did around 10 laps In about an hour and that was enough for me.
The place is showing it's age in places and upkeep. It didn't feel unsafe or anything, but it was well-worn in areas. The rental equipment, as is often the case, left much to be desired, but could also use an upgrade/refresh.
Just being on the snow in the cold room was a nice reprieve from the heat outside.

I would highly recommend this if you are in Dubai for a trip and looking for a fun activity.
As complete novices, my partner and I did the adult snowboard discovery course that they run as part of the Ski Academy services.
We were introduced to the snowboard and taught the basics that would allow you to progress with more advanced lessons. If you have never even touched a snowboard before, I would recommend starting with the discovery course.
Our instructor was very friendly and explained/ demonstrated everything in a way to make you understand what was required.
The price is very reasonable, especially when compared with other options back home or abroad. As standard, you are supplied with all the equipment, jacket, trousers, and boots, so don't worry about not having cold weather gear in Dubai.

While Dubai tour with Family, we choosed to go to Ski Dubai.

It is located in mall of Emirates so easily accessible. You can reach out through metro.

Booking - there are lot of online agent who can book it for you. We took multiple entry premium pass which included locker, gloves, socks and shoes. It also included unlimited chairlift car.

Pro:
(1) very different experience for folks who haven't seen the snow before.
(2) At one place, they try give you experience of live snow which is good.
(3) Penguin show was good but it wasn't anything compared to sea world
(4) we went to week day then there wasn't rush. In certain passes, you can multiple entry so you can come out for a while if needed.

Con:
(1) Very small than I thought
(2) if you don't do ski, then there is not many activities for you. Remember, you are allow to ski, only if you have certain level.
(3) sometime queues will be quite long.
(4) very few ride

Tips:
(1) Gloves they provide, aren't useful so carry your own gloves
(2) Water/food - carry and keep in the locker. You can use it if pass is multientry.

Worth the experience, being able to ski on snow in a desert is fantastic! First pair of Skis barely had an edge, went back and swapped a new one; could carve. Take the button lift for experienced skiers to save time as the chairlift slows down all the time. The side activities were worth it, did every ride a minimum twice. Gear not required as they provide everything. GF tried skiing for the first time and loved it, within the hour she learnt how to turn. Smiles all around!

This place was so amazing words cannot explain. I loved everything. Literally EVERYTHING!!!!!! There was a bobsled ride that you got a sort of plastic cheap sled and you took that to the top of a hill(dont worry very light) and then rhe instructor told you what to do and off you g0! Some of the tirns were so sharp that they left you screaming. Still fun. There were snow bumbers that are kind of like bumper cars except the ride is way shorter. That one was not the best. There was a big ball that you got inside and then rolled down a hill in it. A bit scary and don’t recommend for kids under six. There was pontons ( same thing as before but no ball) that also went down a hill, there was a short climbing wall (rather easy) and there was a chair lift and snowboarding. Your probably getting bored so I’ll stop here. If you want to find out more go to their website

I did this activity because of the uniqueness of skiing in Dubai. I was a really fun experience, although all I tried was the ski slope. It was not crowded at all, starting around noon on a Tuesday. All the staff was friendly and helpful. NOTE: This is a unique/fun activity, not a ski experience that one might find at a ski resort. The run is fairly short and the man-made snow is a bit icy. Nonetheless, I thoroughly enjoyed it and would do it again based on my schedule.

I wasn't sure how much "real skiing" we'd get but it is a fairly good practice hill! We had so much fun! It is a novelty, sure, but worth it. It was really fun!

It should be noted that we were colder than we'd thought. I suggest bringing real ski gloves instead of using the ones they provided. It is also worth signing your waiver and booking all of your gear in advance. That was a major time saver.

The staff is really nice and they keep a close watch on safety protocol. Go if you can!

Great venue and easy to find, visually impressive.
I went for a complete beginner group lesson as there were no private lessons available on the day I could go.
All good and very straightforward until getting on the slope.
As I say, I am a total novice and the instructor knew this, some of the group had a little experience.
When I struggled just with the basics of moving around for the first time on the snow the only help I got from the instructor was to say "come here" which of course was the problem.
She offered me no guidance and then humiliated me infront of the group by making baby voices of come on come on and pulling me along bynthe glove.
I did suggest to her that perhaps she could offer some advice but she just moved on the next exercise which of course I would not have been able to do as I hadn't grasped the previous one.
Feeling I was holding the whole group up whilst they stood and watched me I'd had enough and left.
I thought it would be a fun learning experience, it wasnt.
Disappointed
