    Fun time, but be careful!
All-in service, was fun and affordable. Lift lines are not managed so wait is a little longer than expected, and local teenagers are allowed to run out of control in front of you and possibly into you in the slopes. Something unique and different in hot environment makes it worth it. Be careful!

    Almost Perfect
Ski Dubai is a great place to visit with friends, family, or even solo. The skiing experience is thrilling and fun. The Ski Dubai staff is very friendly and helpful. The mountain-themed mall is a great place to spend a day or evening with your loved ones. The ski resort is well maintained and clean. Overall, Ski Dubai is a great place to enjoy the skiing experience. However, the food quality at Ski Dubai needs some improvement. The food options at Ski Dubai are not up to the mark. The waiting time at food outlets, and other activities can be a bit long 20-45min at average during peak hours. It’s not managed well unfortunately.

    Great fun
The day we went was not crowded. Thus, easier to move around and get to play the rides multiple time. We decided to sign up for the discovery ski school. It was so much fun. The instructor, Kumar, was so patience and helpful. He always ensure our safety and importantly we have fun.

Snow skiing in 40c is brilliant, reasonable value for money.
Good experience, where else in the world do you get to go snow skiing when it’s 40c outside?? Would recommend it, we took the family of 4 experience pass which included skiing, zorbing, toboggan slide. Reasonable value for money, clean clothes but boots and skis were very tired/worn. The quality of the equipment was the only downside.

    Awesomely Great!!!
My experience was awesome. Mr Hossam the manager on duty made sure my son and I had a great time despite the fact that our voucher was not a recent one. I told him my son and I came all the way from Sharjah to have fun. And it will be a waste of energy and my son will really feel bad if he could not see the snow experience I have been promising him long time ago. Mr Hossam saw how apologetic I was and the sad face on my son and he decided to let us use the voucher. Thank so much to you. I will always remember this favour you did for me and my son. God bless 🙏🙏🙏

If you like to ski when it's 100° outside this is your place
Can get a little expensive depending on the packages you select but this place is pretty amazing especially the penguin experience, definitely worth it if you LOVE 🐧 penguins. Only negative is the extremely high prices to buy your pictures with since you can't take your own. That's how they get you.

    Winter wonderland/Santa visit
Booked in advance. Cost 300 aed (around £60) per person for santa and snow park. For this we got given a Christmas hat each, pair or socks and some fleece gloves to keep (came in different sizes), the warm suits to wear, free locker rental, visit santa, every person got a goody bag. The kids ones included some fluffy socks, a slap band, some stickers, some candies in a toy and a stuffed snowman. The adult ones had some fluffy socks, cookie cutters and a bath bomb. Everyone also got a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows and each person got a printed photo, you could chose from several. The set up to visit santa was good, through some lit up trees with various props for photos as you go. The downside is the timings are on the hour and they let all 75 people in on the hour, would be better to do slots every 15 minutes to reduce the queuing. The snowpark was fun but really we only spent around an hour there, didn't need much more. It's well organised with proper queuing systems to prevent people steeling the sledges. There is really only 3 short slopes to go down. After we left we saw through the windows they brought the penguins out and there was snow falling. Shame they don't tell you the timings for this as if we had known we'd have stayed another 10 minutes.

    all in all, good fun
Some good and not so good points. The snow was fine, nicely maintained, The Penguin experience was fantastic. Overall, the place could be run better - more effective control of the lines for the lifts, the lockers were unpredictable whether they would work or not, and the boots were extremely old. If you can, take your own ski clothing as the clothing provided would not be anywhere near warm enough. Overall, a bit of fun at a very reasonable price.

Fun for both kids and adults
Lots of fun! My 3 year old son loved it and still talks about it. They have different packages based on your preference and the age group. If you want to see the penguins you have to go early.

Fun to Ski in the Desert
I did this activity because of the uniqueness of skiing in Dubai. I was a really fun experience, although all I tried was the ski slope. It was not crowded at all, starting around noon on a Tuesday. All the staff was friendly and helpful. NOTE: This is a unique/fun activity, not a ski experience that one might find at a ski resort. The run is fairly short and the man-made snow is a bit icy. Nonetheless, I thoroughly enjoyed it and would do it again based on my schedule.

I had taken a friend for the penguin encounter at Ski Dubai as a surprise birthday treat. I didn't mind paying the 230 AED per person since I thought the experience would be unique. But alas, we were quote disappointed since we were made to meet only 2 penguins and the whole experience was just 20 mins or so and the charges for one photo seemed more than the experience itself! Intact, when we were being directed out, I actually thought there was more to see, however we just got sent to the photo printing place instead! Not worth the money at all sadly as we were so excited to see the penguins!

Great place to touch up on you skiing skills without going to a Ski resort. The minute you enter the facility the staff is very attentive.

Ski Dubai offers an incredible indoor skiing experience in the heart of the desert. With well-maintained slopes, friendly staff, and a variety of activities, it's perfect for both beginners and seasoned skiers. The penguin encounter and snow park add extra fun for families. Overall, Ski Dubai is a must-visit attraction for a unique winter adventure.

I came here for a 2 hour session whilst in Dubai. I’m a fairly good skier and haven’t been for a few years so was really looking forward to this. It was easy enough getting my ticket, ski clothes and locker which was good. Out on the slope the skiing was good, I got there early so it was empty when I was there and I had free reign. After about 3 or 4 runs it became a bit repetitive, but it was good fun. The ski lift was very slow and seemed to breakdown for most of the time. The drag lift was a lot quicker, but very challenging at points and that even started to become intermittent and breaking down towards the end of my session. In the end I called it a day and went to spend a bit of time in the ski park and that was good fun. Ski Dubai is definitely worth a visit

At first we couldn't believe that we were going to be sking in the snow in the middle of the desert but yes, its very true. When we first arrived it was kind of shocking but then you start going along with the flow. You gotta give it to the staff because they know how to handle every situation. We purchased the full pack and enjoyed every single part of this one of a kind experience.

If you're looking for something entertaining to do while on vacation in Dubai, I would definitely suggest this. I took the adult snowboard exploration course offered by the Ski Academy, even though I was a total beginner.

Such a cool and fun place to visit!
We started off by meeting the penguins and learning all about them which was followed by is taking pictures and able to strike them.
We then got to wonder through the Northe pole before meeting the main man himself. This was followed by Hot chocolate.
We then got to experience all the rides such as the bobsled and the ski lifts, whilst the children had a ski lesson.

Ski Dubai was unique and a fun novelty, even more so if you're used to skiing outside. It was fun to do, though the skiing is of course limited (and they have a surprising amount of activities on offer from skiing, to tubing, to penguins apparently).
It wasn't crowded when I was there, but the main chairlift was painfully slow. After one ride, I discovered the surface tow/Poma lift which was much better. I did around 10 laps In about an hour and that was enough for me.
The place is showing it's age in places and upkeep. It didn't feel unsafe or anything, but it was well-worn in areas. The rental equipment, as is often the case, left much to be desired, but could also use an upgrade/refresh.
Just being on the snow in the cold room was a nice reprieve from the heat outside.

I would highly recommend this if you are in Dubai for a trip and looking for a fun activity.
As complete novices, my partner and I did the adult snowboard discovery course that they run as part of the Ski Academy services.
We were introduced to the snowboard and taught the basics that would allow you to progress with more advanced lessons. If you have never even touched a snowboard before, I would recommend starting with the discovery course.
Our instructor was very friendly and explained/ demonstrated everything in a way to make you understand what was required.
The price is very reasonable, especially when compared with other options back home or abroad. As standard, you are supplied with all the equipment, jacket, trousers, and boots, so don't worry about not having cold weather gear in Dubai.

While Dubai tour with Family, we choosed to go to Ski Dubai.

It is located in mall of Emirates so easily accessible. You can reach out through metro.

Booking - there are lot of online agent who can book it for you. We took multiple entry premium pass which included locker, gloves, socks and shoes. It also included unlimited chairlift car.

Pro:
(1) very different experience for folks who haven't seen the snow before.
(2) At one place, they try give you experience of live snow which is good.
(3) Penguin show was good but it wasn't anything compared to sea world
(4) we went to week day then there wasn't rush. In certain passes, you can multiple entry so you can come out for a while if needed.

Con:
(1) Very small than I thought
(2) if you don't do ski, then there is not many activities for you. Remember, you are allow to ski, only if you have certain level.
(3) sometime queues will be quite long.
(4) very few ride

Tips:
(1) Gloves they provide, aren't useful so carry your own gloves
(2) Water/food - carry and keep in the locker. You can use it if pass is multientry.
