Initially my son and I went to 1847 to get him ready for his birthday as it’s known for its high quality service. Unfortunately, my son did not like his new haircut. After noticing the dissatisfication on my son's face, the manager (Mohamad) quickly approached me to resolve the situation. He got us another appointment on the spot with the talented barber (Eyad) who fixed the haircut and got my son smiling again. Very happy with how the whole situation was handled.

At first, I booked the wrong branch but got a call to remind me of the booking, where they corrected it to the branch I had initially intended. Next, I get there, am immediately greeted with smiling faces and someone asked me if I wanted to sit. Directing me to a very peaceful seating area where I was provided with a drink. Got my trim. Liked it. Got the cappuccino I requested, and that’s that. Overall, great experience.

I recently had a booster facial treatment with Rosie, and she was truly amazing. Her attention to detail was outstanding, making the experience thoroughly enjoyable. I highly recommend her services for a rejuvenating and meticulous beauty treatment.

Best service ever! & very clean. I like the atmosphere. I do weekly my hair, beard and eyebrows with Eyad. He takes good care and in Europe the price for the haircut of him would be minimum 100 Euro. Th epedicure combined with neck massage is just satisfying. Everything very recommendable.

Had the best pedicure and foot massage by Vie and Mica at Grosvenor House Hotel. The facility is spotless and modern and everything is done with perfection. I would definitely return for more pampering treatments and rejuvenation therapy.
