My favourite part of my wonderful trip was when I played with a dolphin in the program “Dip and Play”. Mr Madhav was the person who assisted us, he helped us book a program with the dolphins and could deal with everything thing we asked him to.

We are first timers and we’re lucky to have met Daniel A. from Guest service straight away. Daniel was extremely polite, friendly and absolutely patient with us (I bombarded him w Qs). He took the time and explained to us how to get best to the park as a hotel guest (from the beach side in bathers than running through the air conditioned mall) and especially where the best quiet places were. He also recommended us going first to one of the several guest service stations in the aqua park to purchase our vouchers for the various restaurants which helps the kids pocket money!! Last but not least most importantly which slides to start first with our park experience to get the most out of it!!!! Very important indeed!!
Thank you Daniel for having made our stay an unforgettable one!!! 💫 🌟 Will come back again and hopefully you run the whole guest service!!!

For our non resident guests who wish to have multiple pass to Aquaventure waterpark, they are welcome to avail our 7 Day Tourist Pass which gives them 7 days access to the waterpark. Tickets can be purchased online on our website, at the Ticketing Counter or through us at +971 4426 0000.

We were there last Sunday, we got there for opening time and it was brilliant, queues were about 5 minutes until about 11ish, it seems that a lot of visitors from Europe have a leave breakfast before heading out so make the most of this window. Between 12 and 3 it got up to about 45 minutes for the popular rides.
The small lockers fit 2 rucksacks so you can put your phones and wallets away then take your towels etc and grab a sun bed to make your base.
if i put the birth date two days after the original date in the passport will they allow me to enter cause my bday finished yesterday and i din know abt signing up before beday
