Lotsa of tourist. Guided tours help explain the history. Climing the wall ...Difficulty climimg all the steps, possible but requires time and effort. Picture taking is the man n reason.

Old Town is full of charm. Excellent atmosphere and greateople. From walking the cobbled streets to just standing on the dock. You will love it and don't forget to take photos. Nreathtaking.

Absolutely breathtaking, so much to see , and learn about the history of Dubrovnik. Very warm even in October , comfy shoes, water, and sun hat a must !

Wear good comfy shoes. Lots of touristy shops within the old town. Take your time and wander around. Lots of eating and drinking places within the walls but can be pricey.

Spent three days in the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Early October so the crowds were bareable. Really enjoyed our stay and there is lots to do. Visited several museums, did the Walls tour, a ghost walk and enjoyed eating out and soaking up the atmosphere....More

its a tricky choice as both have good points, though cheaper to stay just out of the old town. However, Dubrovnik old town is so busy with tourist groups from Cruise Liners, it can be daunting, and best to visit early... More
