I took the night city tour on April 12, 2024 and the JEWEL walking tour on April 27, 2024. Coincidentally my tour guide was Isaac both times!!! He is very considerate. I also appreciate his sense of humor and knowledge. It is not easy to take three children (10, 7, and 1 years old) on a tour. But he helped me a lot. Thanks to that, everything went smoothly. It's the children's first time in Singapore. It made me feel really good. I really appreciate his work. If I travel with Singapore Airlines again, I will take this tour.

This is our second transit and second free sg tour. Our first one was superb but this second tour was completely horrible!

I booked our tour weeks ago online and was able to get the Changi Precinct tour. Had a hard time finding the t3 booth and was able to go there at 8am. Our tour is 9am and I know I am late so I went directly to the counter to inform them I was at the 9am tour. However, this woman called CATHERINE did not even allow me to even finish my sentence.

SHE KEPT SHOUTING ON ME. She said go to the queue! Go to the end of the line. And kept on repeating.
She then left and we were forced to go to the end of this really long line. I know we are at fault but treating us horribly this way for Me is unacceptable. I am not sure if this is how SINGAPORE treats its tourists. I was offended because of her shouting at me in front of numerous tourists in the area.

Luckily, one of the other ladies asked me to go directly to the counter and was able to help me to cath up our tour and apparently Catherine was our tour guide.

When we cleared the immigration, Catherine saw us and was shocked why are we even with matching grumpy face. She even had the nerve to ask us who gave permission for us to follow the tour. I told her that the other ladies in the counter processed our booking and told to clear immigration and catch up with the tour.

On the bus she was very strict! I am telling you this is not normal compared to our previous tour! She even had the nerve to watch us give review on Google making sure we give the tour 5 stars!!! Horrible!!!

Ending is we had a really bad vibe while on tour. For me tour was spoiled because of CATHERINE!

Definitely worth doing if you have a long layover in Singapore and have not seen the city.
We had booked well in advance having been disappointed on a previous trip to find it full.
We did the morning city tour with Paul as a guide. It included the merlion, marina bay and the gardens by the bay. He was very knowledgeable but the group was big and unfortunately too much time was lost keeping everyone together.
It is a good taster trip though.

Great that the service is available and free for transiting passengers at Changi airport… however, I couldn’t book online as the two times were full, I went to the desk to see if there were any cancellations at T2. They told me they were turning people away, including a group of three just in front of me as they were full. So, what is the point if you don’t have enough capacity? Perhaps provide more tours, or get a bigger bus? This isn’t a great offering, because it’s not possible to do it. They have a very limited capacity… Feels like a checkbox exercise, so what is the point?

We had a long layover at Changi airport and found out about the free tours. Only one we could do was the precinct tour. Cleared immigration as a group which was very easy and boarded an AC bus for a comfortable ride. The tour guide was very good explaining how Singaporeans live and the different areas and what they are used for. It was a good tour but I do think the city tour would be a more exciting tour. The guide was very good and was friendly. Much better than sitting in the airport for hours.

Had the pleasure of touring with Lily for my first time in Singapore as a solo traveller. She was very welcoming and very passionate about the tour. The tour itself is stunning, I didn’t know where to look half the time! Would definitely recommend and will be planning a visit to Singapore!

Excellent tour visiting some of Singapore’s iconic sites including Raffles
, the bay and the evening light show. Guide was excellent providing information on the history and development. Traffic was horrendous but we got back to the terminal with plenty of time for our flight home.

Excellent Changi tour seeing how normal Singaporeans live plus a trip to the beach. Great guide, Paul. Knowledgeable and interesting. Need to do some walking but a great way to spend a couple of hours and different to usual city tours. Recommended.
