I had the all natural facial and the signature massage. They were perfect, thorough but also very enjoyable, I don't think I have ever had any better. The ambiance was lovely, set in a little "jungle" with a pebble pathway leading to the reception, and another to the spa bungalow. With a thatch roof and open air sides, and the soothing piped music, it just doesn't get any better. I would go there again in a heartbeat.

I am not a frequent visitor to spas, but I have been to a few. This one is great. The walk up to the gate then to the parlor and walking through the grounds is captivating and serene. The music, tea, and furniture made the whole experience very relaxing. My masseuse was incredible. I would definitely go back and try one of their special treatment massages.

We went to both Mandala and Bella Isa spas and prefer the former much more.
We bought vouchers on the deal grocer website so we got about 30% discount off our signature massage. The massage itself was good and the staff were all very polite and professional.
The relaxing atmosphere and peaceful environment made us feel like we weren’t in Boracay (too crowded and messy for our liking) for the hour we were there!
We also used the shower facilities there post massage. My boyfriend couldn’t get hot water in the shower and the water pressure could be better too. However, the shampoo and soap smelt wonderful and are made of natural ingredients.
Lovely place overall.

I've had classic manicure at the Cocoon Nail. And there is no difference between before manicure and after... Moreover, the nail polish was not only on my nails, but on the fingers too.
The only good thing about this place is the interior design. Very beautiful place and good service.

Booked a massage for me and my wife during our recent trip to Bora. I've read excellent reviews about the place so decided to try it out. Upon arrival, the receptionist explained to us the treatment, etc. We were then asked to change into a sarong in the mens / womens changing room, after which, we were ushered to our massage villa around 100 meters away. The massage was great, the surroundings was very lush and serene but true to their "nature" concept, the villa did'nt have an AC, just a ceiling fan. Since this was in the middle of summer, I found myself sweating mid way during the massage. (On a similar note, my wife said she did'nt mind not having an AC and the heat did'nt bother her). That being said, I probably would have preferred that the Villa had airconditioning especially during the summer.
Overall, it was a great experience, plus they had a promo of 20% off when you charged it with your Visa card.

This spa was recommended by the hotel we stayed in. There were various types of packages on offer but because I'd left it late only one was available (typical husband ). We were picked up from our hotel and arrived at the spa 15 mins later, filled in a short form about your health then you are taken to your changing room to put on sari. A short walk through lovely grounds to your thatched room for your treatment, we had a foot massage followed by a full body massage and finished off with a milky bath, ginger tea and a plate of fruit. All of this left you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

As a Villa Hotel, it's very, very good.
The rooms (Villas) are great, lots of space, very well setup, great layout. The staff, is unbelievable friendly, from the people at the reception to the restaurant they were all very nice and attentive.
The overall environment of the Villas is very well done, specially because it has a jungle like walk way which gives you a sensation of calm and well being.
Now, what is not so good is the distance to the beach. 7 minutes walk is not that much but, it doesn't allow you to rely on the things you have on your room, because you cannot be all the time coming back. Imagine you want to charge your mobile or get a book, it's not very convenient.
Another thing that has annoyed me was the fact that, since we were not on a beach hotel, there were no beach chairs and shades and so, we had to pay for it.
Of course, it would all been minimized if the hotel had a pool...and that's something I would recommend the management to arrange asap or, they will keep the spa customers only.
Bottom line, my Boracay experience could be perfect if the hotel had pool or was by the beach. Still It was preferable to be at Mandala, than by the beach on most of the hotels in station 2 and 3.

We visited this spa as a couple and thoroughly enjoyed it. We purchase the special romantic package which included a massage and milk bath.
The massage was the best we've had on the island (we love massages and tried several during our stay in Boracay). The experience than Mandala created was indescribable. We felt thoroughly pampered by their good service. The receptionist was pleasant and patient with introducing the packages to us, and we felt immediately comfortable with her.
Our masseuse were also pleasant and as I've mentioned, did an amazing job relaxing our muscles. We just had to leave a tip for each of them.
The bathroom was spacious, the tub too. The warm milk bath was a nice end to the experience. We also were given chocolates and drinks during our bath.
Love it! Definitely would recommend it to everyone visiting Boracay, and would visit again.
