Overview
This 11-day well designed Kailash pilgrimage combines the adventure to Mt. Everest Base camp. To help travelers confirm the scheduled Kailash tour transport earlier and help save big money for their next travel stop, travelers only need to pay accommodation, entrance tickets and a shared local Tibetan tour guide after arrival. The costs are clearly stated and there is no any hidden costs to be paid.

With altitude of 6656 meters above sea level, Mt. Kailash looks like a pyramid. It is the main peak of Gangdise Mountain Range with symmetrical sides. Historically, there were many Chinese and foreign monks preaching there. Thus, it became the center of worship for four sects a long time ago, including Buddhism, Hinduism, Jainism and Bon. Every year, this fascinated holy center attracts tens of thousands of pilgrims around the world.

I planned a solo, customised trip with Tibet Native in April 2019 and had one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life :) My trip started in Lhasa and stopped at Everest Base Camp (north side), Tirthapuri hot springs, Lake Manasarova (on full moon night) and lastly I did the 3 day kora around Mount Kailash. Between Sonam (the owner handling all the admin), Thupten (my guide) and Pasang (my driver), I was so well taken care of and felt so safe (especially as a single lady traveling alone). They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and have the best experience. On one occasion, due to unforeseen circumstances the hotel I was booked into was unavailable and they really impressed me with their quality customer service. They care about making their clients happy! Then at Lake Manasarova, the authority's decided so unexpectedly to close off a certain border and they made calls and calls until I was allowed to enter (they had closed temporarily due to some maintenance and I was leaving the next day and could not come back in a few days - also no one was notified of this sudden maintenance as I spoke to other disgruntled travelers in other groups who did not make it in that day) so I felt so grateful that Sonam and Thupten managed to make a plan for me :) They are so professional, friendly and beautiful souls. They were always open to me reworking my schedule as I took 2 days for the kora instead of 3 as I was so cold and just eager to make it back to the hotel and they made sure I had a reservation even though it was a change in the plan at the last minute (literally day before and it was peak season). I also was adjusting to the altitude and became very tired carrying my backpack towards the end to the point that Thupten carried both of ours. Such incredible people and I would love to go back one day and definitely will recommend them to anyone considering Tibet. Thank you Sonam, Thupten and Pasang for everything! Yashoda X

My friends and I had planned for our April 2020 trip to Lhasa/EBC and Nyingchi since last September. Due to the current Covid-19 situation we have reluctantly cancelled our trip. Mr. Sonam and Mr. Tenzin has been very good, helpful, flexible and fast in action from Day 1 to the End . Thank you Tibet Natives for the prompt and hassle-free full refund of our Deposit. I hoped we will be able to visit Tibet in the near future and will definitely contact Tibet Natives again. God Bless.

How to start!? This team just made my Tibet visit unforgettable. Every detail of the trip from the hotels we stayed at to our meals or to personal needs was granted to maximum satisfaction. It’s not an exaggeration, they even helped me out with my visa, because I had some problems getting it before my permit in like no time!! I’m more than thankful for all the work you did put into this trip for us. I definitely plan to come back with my husband, just because of you guys. Can’t recommend you enough I must admit. I already made others contact you in their planing for their Tibet travel. You guys are the best!! Please keep doing your job to the fullest as you do. Don’t go down on quality!!! Thanks Tenzin for being online even 3 am, thanks Datsu for your kindness effort of making us feel at home and sharing your knowledge with us and thank you driver (can’t spell his name) for being funny, happy and bringing us around safely🙏🏼 I appreciate each one of you and admire the work you do.

These guys are excellent. They are a Native Tibet Tour company, and offer competitive prices despite the high rating. Sonam the founder goes out of his way to make the experience special. Our Guide Datso was a nomad from the Tibetan mountains and knew the country at the back of her hand. Our driver was great too. We did a 6 day trip with Lhasa and a 2 day trip to Gyantse/Shigatse and back. The experience was local, yet comfortable and the team took very good care. They were flexible and accomodating on the itinerary as well. Grateful for the great experience.

Very flexible regarding itinerary and very fast in replying. Extremely supporting in all our concerns. Very knowledgeable and caring guide , careful driver. We learnt so much about the culture. Would definitely choose this local tour company again over the big ones. A satisfied family from Sweden...
