Terrible customer service as we bought a different brand of grippy socks. Our kids were not allowed in until we dished out even more money for ryze socks - exactly the same as the other trampoline socks they had on. Of all the trampoline parks we’ve been to around the world, we’ve never experienced this. We won’t be back.

We went on Wednesday around 11:15am.so it wasn’t busy. There’s only 2 staffs in the lower level. The lady staff was scrumpy, she shouted because some sponge cubes being throw around！ The zip was finally working so I wanted my boy’s classmate to try the zip. I have to ask for assistance and waited for about 10min.

Idk but staff is too gossipy they look at us start gossiping specially when you’re from India and Pakistan, it’s so annoying and uncomfortable when someone is staring at you. It’s total waste of money. You should ask them to grow up and mind their own business don’t stare at anyone let them enjoy their time.

Our session was 9:30-11am. Their zip line was closed because the staff was late to work, the staff operated zip line arrived at 11am, the manager said we can still play it even our session is finished. The staff was very rude and shouted to my child said you are done you should leave now. Bad service.

Great place to take your kids for a few hours of trampoline fun. We were not told its 2 floors hence we stayed on main level and later on discovered the 1 floor part of the venue. 4* only as it was quiet dirty with rubbish left everywhere and socks lying around. Staff friendly and helpful.

So much potential, spoilt by confusing and unnecessary rules and overcrowding. Staff were rude, the venue is extremely noisy, tickets don’t include the mandatory Ryze socks that must be worn to participate. We won’t bother next time.

All the kids enjoy it very much! Those staff are quite friendly and responsible.
It’s our third time to visit this place. Two hours are not enough for kids!
Kids over 5 maybe better. They have both 3/F and 1/F. 1/F is suitable for kids over 5. My kids enjoy the zip lines very much!
Would come again!
We would recommend Ryze during summer time !!!

The facilities are severely worn out. The sponges are chipping and stick to my clothes. There are too many people playing at the same time. Shouldn't let so many people play in one timeslot. The toilets are smelly and dirty. It’s not a $190/hr worthy experience.

It was fun, great and plenty choices of activities :) it’s perfect for people of any age too! I’d also like to mention how helpful the staff there is. lost my phone in the last few mins and had to leave since we were taking too much time, but thankfully the staff managed to find it in the end for us. will definitely consider visiting again!!

Had a blast bouncing around Ryze for 90 minutes with my family (6 kids ages 2 to 14). Staff was helpful and friendly, the facility was impeccably clean and safe, and it had something for everyone. 2 floors of fun. We went around 10 AM on a Thursday and it wasn't crowded at all. We had a blast on the ninja warrior floor. We will be back.
The only small complaint is that they don't accept non-slip socks from other trampoline parks, so you have to buy their $30 HKD ones.
