I believe the one photographed is at Star Ferry Pier. A good place to get all your tourist questions answered. Not much else to say about it really.

There are no tickets for the Symphony of Lights; it starts at 8:00pm every night. View from the promenade on the Kowloon side...but get there early. Also, check the schedule for which language is being used for the narration... More
