The area
Neighbourhood: Tsim Sha Tsui
Tsim Sha Tsui is one of the major tourist and shopping areas of Hong Kong. With a high concentration of hotels, retail shops and commercial offices – it’s a busy and bustling neighbourhood that never sleeps. On the surface, Tsim Sha Tsui seems to only feature an abundant number of high-end retail stores selling designer brands and jewelry, owing to its popularity with high-budget shopping tours. However, it also contains a diverse range of attractions for the entire family. Whether taking a walk in Kowloon Park, exploring museums, going shopping or grabbing a bite to eat – Tsim Sha Tsui has something for everyone.

    HK Goodies - Night Treats
You can get your free HKD 100 here in this location or the HK Goodies nearby It was near the ferry station and the harbor so you can’t miss the area. The staff was helpful with the instructions and gladly encouraged me to use the voucher immediately (since I’m flying out the next day). Thankful for this voucher I got! Dinner was saved.

    Look for Marcus
After retrieving our HK night treats vouchers we headed straight in here to inquire about different areas we need to visit. Marcus assisted us very efficiently, we showed us locations in the map with accuracy. Well versed and very accommodating, gave us small history of places we want to visit. Even gave us postcards for souvenirs. Thank you Marcus.

    HKTB whatsapp service
This is the best service I have ever experienced from a Tourism board. The WhatsApp feature where they send recommendations and give you realtime advice is brilliant. On top of it all, it’s a really person you are speaking to on the other side not AI. I am blown away at how useful this was. They sent me weather warnings, gave recommendations on what to do instead, food advice. Brilliant

This happens on May 25 around 8 pm at Hong Kong airport police stations by gate D, Just want to share my Hk experience at the airport! ,I had lost my iPhone on Uber! The airport information try to help but can’t contact Uber by phone. N I had forgot my Uber app password. So I ask the airport police for help! Instead of helping, they give me a big lesson regarding Uber is not legal in Hong Kong! I m using it illegally! My reply: as a tourist I don’t know and the app is working in Hong Kong! While I try to talk , they are walking away from me and say you should complaint to the government to restrict Uber. I just wonder is this a job of the tourist ! At the end I went back to the airport information n ask for some more help. At the end I be able to call my USA phone number n contact the driver n get my phone back. Thanks so much to the airport info staff! So The TVB drama about the good altitude about airport police is not true!!!!!!they have very very bad altitude n very unfriendly!!!!!!! Specially the leader person with 3 strips on the shoulder! Against , I want to say this is about Hong Kong airport police, not all Hong Kong police!!!!i
Also I see Uber advertising on MTR stations with Hong Kong movies star ! So is the MTR and the movie star doing illegal advertising. I hope the Hong Kong Government can reply! Also please clarify the Uber operation issue!!!!!

Shocking experience with taxi service right in the Hong Kong international airport. We landed to Hong Kong to queue for the taxi , we queued for 30 minutes for the taxi then when it was our turn and about time load our luggage in the car the taxi driver asked where we’re going and we told him we want to go sai kung , he then said to us to take a green taxi not the red , we know we can take the red taxi, my husband said no we like to take the red taxi then the taxi driver was so rude and said he’s not taking us and closed the car door and drove off , we were absolutely shocked never have I thought this can happen in the Hong Kong airport. After with this experience I never want to take taxi in hk and don’t want to come here again .

Superb service and support through whatsapp. The team was reactive and helped me finding bus schedules (including google map links with all needed info and stops!!!), advices to find bars or massage places as well as help to find specific entrance in difficult building!!! Absolutely amazing!!! The feedback was live, nice and professional. They even proactively proposed help to get to the airport on departure day.

If you go to HK you should definitely pass by their office get the whatsaap contact: you will be ensured to have a private guide ready to help for anything you need during your trip. A must have!

Well dine guys!!! I give 6 stars out of 5 ;)

After 45 years we came back to Kowloon to find the sham Shui pô and Kai tak refugees camps from 1978 Vietnam boat people. This office ESPECIALLY Ashley was so helpful and truly went above and beyond to help us find the vicinity of the now demolished camps. Thank you for truly being helpful! Your team is the BEST IN OUR HONG KONG experience
