I did a lot of shopping around to find a tailor, and through recommendation I found this place. They made my first suit experience wonderful. From the beginning they were very commutative and knowledgeable. They explained everything, gave me the options and I never felt like they were trying to upsell me. They were very fast, and able to work around my schedule, and ultimately created a suit that fit perfectly. The material was affordable, felt great, and was nice, looks great. I’m excited to come back and get suits in the future. Definitely visit if you’re in the area, the suit didn’t have any issues with either the stitching or fit, and it took three visits to get the suit perfect.

I’ve been coming to Hong Kong since 2002, and it’s the best city in the world to have a tailor made suit done. But often people get distracted by the cheapest bargain rather than focusing on what goes into making long lasting quality clothing. I’ve been dealing with the folks at Empire since 2012 Strongly recommended, spacious, they have both mid range and high end cloth, they serve drinks, best part is you can see the tailors making your suit. While every tailor store in Hong Kong claims to be in - house, They are actually indeed house. Still very pleased with my suits and shirts from 2017. Picked up some blazers recently.

My wife and I were visiting Hong Kong for a few days on a larger trip. I have always heard when you are in Hong Kong get a bespoke suit. So I did some research and landed on Empire. I wrote an email scheduling an appointment with Mark and mentioned that I would only have 3 days in town and can they make it work. Mark said yes and we had an appointment for a measurement on the books. I walked in and was greeted by Nick. The experience just got even better. Nick walked me through pricing, colors, fabrics, everything under the sun. I couldn't believe all the choices I could make. He said come back the next day for fitting. I did, the fitting was amazing, the suit fit like a glove and they made little alterations to make it even more bespoke. The suit was ready the following day.. I can't reiterate enough how happy I am with the experience. If I could give 6 stars I would. Do yourself a favor go see Nick and Empire and you will have a tailor for life. I know I do.

Amazing service and quality! I first went back to Empire back in 2016 when I was starting my first job. Recently went back (I'm not sure there's any other tailor I could trust!) when I happened to be in Hong Kong and the team were just as friendly and helpful. My new suit is just as wonderful as the first one I ordered many years back. Highly recommend anyone stopping by in Hong Kong to give them a go!

We try to go to Empire whenever we're in HK. They do quality work, have a large selection of fabrics and can turn stuff around quickly without sacrificing on quality. We were pleased with the shirts and suits we had made. Fortunately they do road shows throughout the US so we can get bespoke shirts or suits without having to fly to HK. Highly recommended.

Visited the storefront when they were located in Kowloon. Was so impressed with the quality of the clothes and the knowledge and thoroughness of the staff that when I heard they were coming to Washington, DC, I booked an appointment. Once again, I was not disappointed. The brothers explained the process and made some good recommendations based on what was important to me. Non-spill, wrinkle free, cuff option, etc. They understand their trade and how to work with people.

Mark and his brother are extremely helpful in choosing styles and different designs. Their family has been in the business over 40 years now, and the quality is top notch. I remember visiting them the first time in Hong Kong back in 2016 and how professional they were.

I was visiting Hong Kong for my 50th birthday in March 2024 and, having read the excellent reviews for Empire, decided to call in. They offered a fantastic deal for two suits and three shirts, which I accepted. The suits were manufactured within my short timeframe. The quality and fit are outstanding and I am delighted with them. I have now ordered another 8 shirts to be shipped to the UK
