E Plaza is three floor shopping centre located along Shing Yip Street in the busy commercial area of Kwun Tong District. It is located just a few minutes walk from the MTR Station. The main appeal of this particular plaza is the ground floor, which is filled with nearly 20 eateries and a coffee shops. Amongst these are some international franchises like Starbucks, MOS Burger and KFC as well as locally owned and operated businesses. It can be wildly crowded here during the weekday lunch time period but not bad at other times of the day and on weekends. The second floor is where you will find glassed in retail and other service related shops, not much different to the handful small commercial properties that dot the streets nearby.
