About
Harbour City is the largest and most diverse shopping mall in Hong Kong. Located at the heart of the city alongside the beautiful Victoria Harbour, Harbour City offers a wide range of shopping, dining, entertainment and sightseeing options as a major attraction in Hong Kong. Harbour City is a one-stop shopping paradise with over 450 shops, 80 food & beverage outlets, an art gallery, an observatory deck, three hotels and a cruise terminal all under one roof. With the Star Ferry Pier, it is home to cruise liner berths, maritime history and fabulous harbour view – all at its doorstep. It is easy to see where the mall drew inspiration for its name.

The mall is confusing as a tourist. I don’t even know where the floor was when I went in. So be mindful of the maps and area where you are going. There’s also a variety of shops from luxury to high-end.
The mall has a great view of the harbor on the other side. You can see a whole different side of the Hong Kong harbor in this area

Very nice mall, expensive but great quality and variety of shops and restaurants. It's location in Tsim Sha Tsui is excellent and it has some hotels inside as well. Easy access to Ocean Terminal, Star Ferry, HK Cultural Centre and TST Promenade. It's also near the Ferry Terminal to China.
Lots of nearby shops and restaurants in the mall but also outside as well including the Nathan Rd area is just a few blocks away.

After long day of shopping, I enjoyed good head massage and hair spa @ Emmebi Italia located at Facess Ocean Terminal and get TOURIST special VIP deal. It's like the ASMR type of head massage but with a refreshed scalp. It was one of the best hair wash I have experienced and how I wish I can do this weekly. I have started using their home care items too especially loved the growth factor scalp serum , hair mask and the collagen leave in cream. Makes my dry frizzy hair looks so much nicer and even my hair drop has reduced. ;bb

Sbakery by Mama Soo is a local bakery that has a pop up near the L3 southern entrance to the Ocean Terminal section of the Harbour City Shopping Mall. They are open from 1.30pm to 8.30pm daily or until they sell out of their thick, creamy and delicious NYC style cheesecake slices. We have tried their slices from this pop-up as well as the new flagship shop recently opened in Tai Ping Shan in Sheung Wan recently. They have been just great on both occasions.
The slices are a bit pricey (HK$88) each but they are huge portions, thick and heavy, think Junior's in NYC when it comes to volume and texture with beautifully thick and sweet graham cracker crust. The original cheesecake is a nice balance of sweetness and sour. Even better in my opinion is the Banoffee Slice, which is a layered cheesecake with bananas. Oh my, this is good but do be ready to share as the slices are too large for one person to finish in a single sitting.
Note: This pop up at Harbour City is right at the entrance/exit above the escalators. Look for the Dan Ryan restaurant if helpful. It is across the foyer next to exiting doors. Otherwise see pictures submitted to assist in finding the Sbakery pop up.

Cupping Room is a fairly popular coffee shop with several branches spread around Hong Kong Island. They have a place on LV3 of the Ocean Terminal section of Harbour City in TST. This Cupping Room is open from 8am to 8pm (Mon - Fri) and 9am to 8pm (Sat & Sun) and has an open seating area.
As for their coffee, we recently stopped by for an espresso and cortado (white coffee). Neither measured up to what is served at their branches on the island, wouldn't return for coffees here again as such.
However, what makes this Cupping Room worth visiting is that they carry La Viña Bakery Basque style cheesecake amongst their counter foods. This is one of the two or three best Basque cheesecakes in the city imo. We had a take-away cheesecake from this Cupping Room recently. While they didn't package the dessert very well, we did find it to taste expectedly very good, just like what we've found from those purchased directly at La Viña in Central District. Would call upon this Cupping Room again for La Viña Bakery Basque style cheesecakes when in TST and in the mood.

One of the interesting places to visit at Harbour City shopping mall in TST is the Gallery by the Harbour, a small second floor space used for art display and exhibitions. This is a single room hall with space to exhibition 15-20 works.
Presently, The Gallery is showcasing the 2019 Hong Kong Photo contest sponsored by National Geographic Wheelock. Photos displayed present various landscapes, society & cultural scenes around the city and are of very good quality. The exhibition is small so a 10 minute visit to see the present exhibition is sufficient, something well worth allowing time for if you enjoy the arts and plan to be at Harbour City in the near future.

Was here 2 years ago and are due again to visit next week. Note that there is a "Tourist Privilages" scheme and have enrolled. However, i was on the HC site a couple of weeks ago and there was a voucher booklet which showed the various offers. i cannot find that this year. Any help?

We actually visited there in May. You download the app and become a member on line. Once you are in Harbour City and then go to the customer service desk where they will validate the offer i recall. There are no booklets available. Offers are very good and with many high end stores.

The ground floor of Ocean Terminal is dedicated to bay and children stuff. You can pick out of hundreds of prams and strollers from these stores.
The light weight and one hand operability of Combi stollers make them a favourite here.
