After a disaster on the Big Bus Company, decided to do this last minute. $140 HK for me and my wife to be driven around the city for hours. Pretty much had bus to ourselves and while it didn’t provide any commentary, we enjoyed seeing the city from the front seats up top.

We bought our tickets via Klook so paid less than £30 for two adults and a child. After catching the Star Ferry to Central, we located the small ticket office and picked up our tickets - which included a 2nd day free. We did thr H1 tour from the upper deck and were provided with a route map. We opted not to get off and enjoy the journey. We stayed on the bus in Kowloon, mainly as the route seemed to change and hopped off when the bus got back to Causeway so we could grab some dinner. We hopped back on when the bus arrived back- thanks to the ability to track the bus on their web page, and then stayed on at Central when the bus switched to the evening tour so we could see the buildings lit up. We arrived back in Kowloon around 7.45pm so hopped off to see the Symphony of lights. Was a fun way to spend a few hours, the change to the route was a minor irritation hence the drop in stars but we had no issues with the commentary or the staff, who couldn't have been more helpful …

We booked this tour with Klook and we were unable to find anyone at the star ferry terminal to exchange our voucher. We waited over an hour and a half and eventually gave up waiting for a bus to arrive The next day we did see a bus but the driver wouldn’t let us get on . We eventually had to walk 30 minutes to the start of the route to be allowed to get on the bus. The driver was like a racing driver , far too fast. The commentary was too quiet and we couldn’t hear it. The video didn’t work. The route was not the route printed on the leaflet we were given. In total it was a complete waste of time…

I'm usually a fan of double decker tourist buses to just get an introduction to a city. This open air top deck gave good views, the commentary was not much use. I went non-stop all around the metro area and thru the tunnel over to Kowloon. Now I only paid about $4-5 USD. It was right by the ferry dock so I could head back across Victoria Harbour. It leaves about every 1/2 hour and takes about an hour or so to make the complete circuit. It's not the usual more expensive hop-on hop-off sightseeing bus which I have used in many cities and they are so good. But for the price for this one made it just ok. It gave me some ideas of where I wanted to go and explore further so I give it an average for that reason.…

Actually this is a waste money and time sightseeing bus tour. If I were you I would rather take Big Bus more than this one even the price different in between these two companies are quite big. My family and I was so excited to had a trip to Hong Kong, an amazing city, in the first week of May. However this is an unpleasant tour that we never had before. Firstly, when we ask about the details for the routes the female driver was rude and not willing to answer our questions. Then we keep asking her with the body language try to let her understand our questions. but also same result. After around 1 min her face showed impatient and unpleasant to us and use the horn suddently. After that, a guy who wear white shirt came out and approached us. At the same time, my little boy cried since the suddently horn from the bus. Even the man assisted us to slove the problem but we do NOT want to take this tour anymore due to the BAD service. On the other hands, when other passengers asked question to that female driver she was happy to answer them. Do you know why? It is because their mother language was MANDARIN. I don't know the reason is the driver cannot speak English or she is DISCRIMINATION to the wester. Finally and just importantly I hope this company or that female driver is not DISCRIMINATE western.…
