Snoopy's World is located on L3 of the New Town Plaza Shopping Mall in Sha Tin. Built in 2000, this was the first Peanuts themed outdoor playground in Asia. What you find here is a small themed park that is free to enter and explore from 11am to 7pm daily.
There are basically three attractions, a traditional children's playground area, as well as a large scale model school bus which children can enter and play around. Lastly, there is a small boating canoe ride attraction (12pm to 6pm daily) where parents and children can sit on a slow moving canoe for a 4-5 minute ride. Throughout Snoopy's World park you'll find the famous Peanuts characters and other child friendly decorations.
On the whole, compared to the modern and innovative play zones and interactive game areas found in malls around the city (Yes - one is coming to New Town Plaza in Oct 2022 as well), Snoopy's World has started to feel outdated in recent years. It has not changed at all for at least a decade now. So there may be better options for your children in other malls around the city these days. However, it is still fun escape for the little ones who live in the area and those shopping or dining at New Town Plaza.

…but still a decent play area to visit for free whilst in Sha Tin. The main climbing frame bit is really tall and was very challenging for my two-year old but she enjoyed it immensely. Big queue for the boat so we didn’t go on as it was far too hot.

Snoopy World is a great place to stop for 30 minutes to an hour if are in Sha Tin and looking for a place for the young ones to enjoy themselves. This small theme park (playground) area is in the New Town Plaza shopping mall on the first floor, in the outdoor section. Entrance is free but some of the games there require ticket purchase or evidence of spending (HK$100 from New Town Plaza shops - I think!)
Snoopy World is not a major attraction in Hong Kong, a bit like Noah's Ark in Ma Wan, so its not worth a targeting directly if you have limited time in Hong Kong. However, if you visiting for a while or find yourself in Sha Tin with young ones, its a fun place for children to spend time.
You can find Snoppy World by walking through the New Town Plaza shopping mall, accessed directly from the Sha Tin - MTR.

Snoopy World is located outside/connected to this New Town Plaza shopping mall. Once get outta Sha Tin MRT station (Exit A), you're actually inside the shopping mall itself. Just walk straight till the very end from Exit A and you will find Snoopy World right outside the glass entrance - there are signs indicated where the Snoopy World is as well.
No entrance fee is required to enter the park, a good place for kids or Snoopy lovers. Due to the park is small, one could easily spend less than 30 minutes exploring the park + taking photos with the characters!
Honestly, it isn't worth especially travel over just for the park though. Anyways, there are some really good offers in the mall which ladies would enjoy very much! You may also visit HK Heritage Museum (esp if you're Bruce Lee's fan) which is just a station away from Sha Tin -> Che Kung Temple station (gotta change to Ma On Shan line) or simply walk from New Town Plaza to the museum which is approximately 15 minutes away!

Snoopy's World in New Town Plaza, Sha Tin, very accessible by MTR, maybe 15 minute from TST (but transfers required), is a nice mini-theme playground featuring the Peanuts characters. Highlighted by a free 5 minute log-ride, which hold two passengers, which passes by various famous Snoopy scenes like his fight with the Red Baron, the great Pumpkin patch, and Snoopy and Woodstock -- it is sorta of a poor-man's "it's a small world" ride without the music and much less elaboration. But, hey, it is FREE. Other Trip Advisor posts have described most of the various attractions, so I won't repeat them except to say that adults who are Charlie Brown and Snoopy fans, like me, will enjoy Snoopy's World. It really is a carefree little playground and a worthwhile visit while you are in Sha Tin or even Kowloon. The playground is perhaps a 4 to 5 minute indoor walk through the shopping mall from the MTR Sha Tin station. Lots of staged photo opps too, as can be seen from the pictures posted on the Trip Advisor site.

Snoopy World is located in the podium of the 3rd floor of the New Town Plaza shopping Center.
It is a small park with Snoopy characters around but not too much to do. It is nice to see, but not very entertaining.
I took my kids there on Easter holidays, but it had rained during the night and it was closed. We arrived around 11h and every time we managed to ask somebody if it would open, they said it would open soon, without given us the time.
We went for a walk around the shops went back there and they kept saying they were cleaning.
We had lunch and, at around 15:00 went there again but still closed. Then we went to the supermarket and prepare to leave, but decided to pass by and it opened.
My kids were very happy to go inside but the park with the slides was closed, as well as a house (that I don’t know what has inside) and the boat ride.
Kids could get in the school bus to pretend that they were driving but there is nothing to do.
If you are around Shatin area then you can take the kids there for an hour or so. But it is not worth it to go there on purpose. And if it is cloudy or rained during the night just don’t go!

I went with a group of friends last March 2012! Was FUN Haha. I loved the experience, maybe because I love Snoopy and I am Chinese and love cute stuff! I recommend taking children and take pics with the characters and enjoy the experience, especially if you are near Sha Tin Plaza shopping centre!

This is under maintenance right now. You can't get in. Check to see if they are open before you visit. It's close to the MTR and a big shopping centre.

Hello there! I don't think Silka Far East in Tsuen Wan district has a parking space for guest but they do have Free in-town shuttle bus service and they are near the bus & MTR station. If you need a hotel with a car parking at this area, check-out Panda Hotel. Happy Trip!
