New Town Plaza is one among many touristy malls in Hong Kong. It is full of brand boutiques and full of travellers carrying huge suitcases. Not a very interesting place to explore except for shopaholics.

New Town Plaza is a large shopping centre in Shatin. There are are a large number of mid range restaurants and shops and super markets. It is linked to the MTR and can be very busy during weekends and holidays.

The best place is Toys r Us in NTP. They still exist in Hong Kong.

You won't get ripped off in any of the shops in New Town Plaza. This is Hong Kong.
