The smartone lab is annoying and the view is not 360 Becos of this damn smartone lab, and block the part of the way out so tourist need to walk around. The lab block the view and block the way out, despite its only open for particular timeslot. Staff there are just idling.

Nothing special about the observation deck as half of the section filled with exhibits promoting shk divisions or smartone. The other portion is an overpriced gift shop and a cafe supposedly run by the Ritz-Carlton. Other than that, it's a observation floor to see what's left of Hong Kong and best in sunny days. It was worth going due to a special $1 ticket promotion. Otherwise it's not worth it and you're best to try to get seats at the ozone bar at the Ritz Carlton instead for a good view of Hong Kong

There are many promotion deals for Sky 100 during Covid-19 lockdowns, and with a much reduced tourist presence it is actually an excellent chance to enjoy the great view offered. We went during a week day afternoon, enjoy the sunset sipping tea and then caught the splendor of the city with all its lights before leaving. There were very few people there and so we got to roam around and soak in the views to our hearts' desire. Note however it is not easy to get good photos due to all the reflection from the glass. Also pick a day with good visibility if at all possible.

We went there about 18:00. I played two 5G labs that were quite interesting. Besides, we admired spectacular 360 degrees view and sunset. It was little bit regret that we could not view scenery through glass that was on the ground directly.

Thank you for your question. If you are referring to entering Cafe 100 by The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, the answer is yes, as it's a cafe and underage accompanied by an adult to dine at Cafe 100 is fine.

Yes. On our arrival into HK, we attended a MTR (staffed counter) station, upon showing our (Australian) Senior Card's & passports we were issued with 2 'Elders' MTR LIGHT RAIL. for persons Age 65+, HK$2 per journey when paid with Elder Octopus Card. These cards can have extra HK$ put onto the card and can also be used on the HK buses, but cannot be used for a discount on the Express MTR Service either to and from the International Airport.

Hi Companion571957
Thank you for your kind attention. In the case of finding the best timing of visiting sky100 to view the best scenery of Hong Kong, we highly suggest you visit Weather Forecast at the Hong Kong Observatory website, which could provide you with the information about the local weather condition and inclement weather condition that could prevent you from seeing the clear view of Hong Kong.
If weather wasn’t looking good when you visited sky100, we still have different facilities and services that could provide you as an alternative to add into your sky100 experience despite of the bad weather, including the Augment Reality (AR) mobile application where visitors can take fun-filled photos, the Virtual Reality (VR) experience that enable visitors to enjoy the exciting 360-degree view of the famous Hong Kong skyline virtually outside the window with real scenery, and the sky-high dining experience at the Café 100 by the Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong where visitors can enjoy the double delights of taste and visual pleasure.
What if the inclement weather condition highly prevents you from seeing at least the International Finance Centre and Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from sky100, we will issue each visitor a ticket to return for free during this specified period. Besides, our online ticket purchase with 30 days validity offers flexibility to guests with the visiting date.
Thank you once again for your email and we hope to see you at sky100 in the future.
