Been to Hong Kong many times and only just discovered this area. Multiple shops all selling lovely flowers, cacti, bonzi, and more. So many places you wonder how they all make a living.

This market is pretty small, but still worth visiting. The smell of flowers are beautiful, and most of the friendly shop owners will allow you to take pictures.

Hong kong Flower market is small and beautiful. It’s a strip of shops selling all the flowers available here. It’s less than one hour walk combine this visit with the bird market, just in the end of the flowers market. (Yuen Po Street Bird Garden)

I love houseplants, especially succulents, and this flower market didn't let me down! There's everything here from small, inexpensive succulents, to common houseplants, to trees and collector cacti. Not sure if there is a ‘best’ time. It seems that the displays are plentiful all day. I went late morning and it was a spectacular riot of colors both on the sidewalks as well as in shops.

Rums21, Would be best to ask common travel related questions like this on the TripAdvisor Hong Kong forum, not on the listing for the Flower Street Market.
