Pros:
- Very interesting and unusual experience
- Allows you to live through a slice of everyday life in total darkness
- A must-do for anyone working with A11Y and WCAG

Cons:
- A bit hard to find the entrance as there was very little info about where in the building (big mall) it actually is (look for an elevator).

Kids 9 and over can go in without adults. Child had a birthday party with friends so took 7 friends in and had a great time. The experience was meaningful and adventurous. The guide was great. There’s space for the parents to wait.

Not good for people who are scared of the dark. Don’t wear anything that has lights or glows in the dark (some of the kids had light-up shoes but DE (Dialogue Experience)has flip flops on loan).

Located in D2 One, at Lai Chi Kok MTR exit D2 - easy to find. Access via lift from the office entrance or from the mall.

We did not have any expectation. We booked an English experience session and Eunice was our guide. She was very experienced as a guide and patiently answered our questions. The tour was an hour long but the time flew by! It felt like 20 minutes. Our party of three each came out with different appreciations and reflections.

We promised not to give too much away, but this is by far the most impactful and memorable “tour” we have taken anywhere in the world.

Highly recommend this tour.

A big thank you to the people who make this experience possible.

Daniel was our tour guide across rainforest, city, sports, and ocean life. It was a marvellously different experience for our group of 8 - 3 adults, 5 kids ages 11-16. Not for very little kids or people who want to muck around. Perfectly executed with a spacious waiting room and clean toilets. Lockers are provided so you take no light emitting items in including smart watches and phones. Super close to the MTR and the area has dozens of restaurants of all kinds.

I took a bunch of students here and it was a great learning experience. You can also purchase a quick drink at the end of the trip.

My boyfriend was a little skeptical going into this but by the end of the tour we were both amazed at how much we enjoyed it! I haven't seen any other experiences quite like this one. If you are in Hong Kong this is a MUST do!!

Except for normal experimental exhibition tours, which you would also be able to experience the world of visually impaired people, Dialogue in the Dark also offers other experiences like Love in the Dark, Adventure in the Dark, Dinner in the Dark, etc. I did Love in the Dark with my boyfriend and it was amazing. We shared a white cane together and navigated in the dark and got tested for a little bit on how we know each other. We got a little sharing session in the end with our tour guide Daniel, in which he would share his story and answer any questions we raised. He was absolutely being helpful and informative.

Also, if you would like to do any of the tours in English or Mandarin and you don't see sessions with that language in the booking system, you can simply message them on Facebook or Whatsapp and they would try their best to arrange a new session for you.
