Unforgettable experience with the family is a treat to my eldest son on his 7th birthday. We are surprised by the wax model of the famous scientist and celebrities especially Sir Albert Einstein wax figure. The staff are very accommodating and very courteous.

Many Asian figures, esp. Korean. I hope they include more Korean Idols. They are much better than the Chinese ones. I always enjoy Madam Tussauds, both in SG and here. The one in Leslie Cheung area is a bit creepy given the flowers you always smell in wake. It happened that it was the 20th anniversary of his death Happy that 2 Filipnos are there - Pia the Miss Universe and Pacquiao. But still, the Korean figures are what I like the most there.

A bit expensive for a limited attraction. Nothing much special here. Good side trip when going to the peak and waiting for the sunset.

Good collection, buy the way we didn't know the Asian artists ( but it's ok).
We are all right for this experience.
We advise 2 hour for visit.

Made my first visit of this year yesterday. Sure had tons of fun meeting my favorite celebrities! Had little trouble with the rotating pinkish blue overhead lighting above most of the displayed figures. Other than that it was worth the visit. Staff were very friendly as usual.
Two wishes I've at the moment is if the displays could be used with just one type of overhead lighting and inclusion of refreshments outlet within the visiting area even if it's limited with bottles of plain water. I spent nearly 5 hours inside starting from the opening hours and desperately wished for a drop of water to drink....
Will definitely visit again, awaiting the arrival of Manny Pacquiao!

The location is good, easy to go. And the figures are so real, many artists that I love were here. I have took many photos. If you are hungry, you can go to the cafe inside.

This exhibition is interactive and you are encouraged to dress up in the costumes provided and participate in activities. Due to COVID the majority of activities were closed and costume wherent avilable. What was left was a bit disappointing.

Going there
I prefer the bus, nice view on the way there. Be sure to check out victoria peak. Its just on the same building.
What to do
Bring a good camera, so many celebrity replicas you can have a picture with. You have to spend half a day here to get all the shots you want.
Verdict
Going back there with more family members

Really had a great time seeing all those personalities, from politicians, sports icon, holly wood stars, anime, etc... truly a exciting experience with the family inside this wax museum, hope I didn't missed anybody in those pictures as souvenirs.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed this attraction....there was a good mix of mainstream personalities & famous world known figures along with all the expected Asian celebrities (and a fair few we didn't recognise at all!). In general though, it definitely is a smaller version than others we have been to.
We really liked the number of opportunities there were for fun photo dress-ups with the wax models...we did visit on a rainy evening and it was very quiet, so we had almost no waiting times at all which probably added to our positive experience overall.
There are a couple of wax models where only the staff can take their professional pictures which are then available for purchase...these are a little on the expensive side but entirely optional.
Within the museum, there is a studio that do fun, on-the-spot caricature drawings of singles, couples or groups...the artist was super quick & the cost was pretty reasonable...a bit of a different memento for your visit to HK.

I had purchased the 3-in-1 Combo for HKD335 per person at the ticket office directly. Online price is HK315.
Check madametussauds website for online prices. The counter tickets will cost a bit more.
how much is the ticket?

Hi,
We are going to HK next month. We plan to take a taxi up to Victoria Peak and take the tram down. Do you reckon we go early morning, then visit Madame Tussauds early to avoid the crowd ? What other things to do up there at the peak ? After the visit to Madame Tussauds, where do you suggest to go ? What do they have in the city ?
Thanks.

Hello,
We are planning to visit the Peak with Madame Tussauds combo ticket. I'll buy to their website to avoid the que and have some discount.
MT + Peak Tram sky Pass. Do you think it will be worthy?
Considering (1) we can be there around 1 pm after hotel check in,
(2) I have 5 year old daughter with us,
and (3) we came from 7 hour flight from UAE.
Your suggestions are highly appreciated. TIA

It good to have a ticket ready before you arrive at that place. However if you buy from the website, you need to pick a date and you must utilise the ticket on the chosen date.
My suggestion is you may buy the entrance ticket from China Travel Services (CTS) at the Departure Hall HK Airport. The kiosk situated near starbucks. The ticket is open date ticket. So if you cannot go to the attraction place the day as you has planned, you may utilise the ticket before the expiry date.
You may also get tickets to other attraction place at the CTS. Plus the ticket price is cheaper from the website.
