A creative cocktail space hidden away off Hollywood Road, J.Boroski offers captivating décor, sensational bespoke cocktails and levels of service and intimacy rarely encountered. J Boroski is the brainchild of New York mixsultant Joseph Boroski, who taps into his extensive experience as a master bartender, consultant, and bar owner, to bring this new vision of bespoke cocktail service to the city’s emerging cocktail scene. Joseph introduces a unique ‘Cocktail Concierge Service’ approach where drinks are crafted entirely based on guest’s preferences. J Boroski brings an entirely new approach to cocktail enjoyment!

This is definitely one of my favourite bars in central! The interior design is absolutely gorgeous with its spider and beetle specimen and I love how every drink is personalised and tailored to each guests preferences, making all their drinks unique to give an intimate experience for their guests. Valentina and Jasmine are super nice and friendly and really made us feel at home!

Hong Kong is fortunate enough to have some of the best bars in the world nestled within it. This is the best.
The concept and execution are both outstanding. The environment is cosy and minimalist giving way to the focus on the bar where the barmen could be confused with artists.
The difficulty in making a cocktail to order based on taste should suggest that this idea is bound to fall on its sword. Instead, it left a sense of accomplishment to have enjoyed one of the best bars I have ever visited. I look forward to visiting again soon

catching up with friends, going for a date or meeting with someone, J Boroski is always a perfect place for any of those. If you're tired of loud and crowded places in Hong Kong you will love J Boroski. cozy, great vibes, perfect light and it's a very nice place to make conversation there.

Wether is your first or last choice of the night J Boroski never disappoints. Amazing beautifully crafted cocktails that’s look and taste great. Sassy and classy. Staff is professional and friendly. Shout out to Valentina for her amazing service.

Been here a few times. Always great cocktails. And they don’t do a cocktail menu. You tell them what you fancy and they turn it into a cocktail. Skillful bar staff, lovely tuned down atmosphere. Not cheap by any means, but well recommended.

We came to celebrate me and my husband’s anniversary in June and had a truly amazing experience that started with their signature- customised cocktails (thanks for recommendation to Valentina).
The staff are incredibly helpful and humorous. That made us feel happy that evening. If you enjoy fine cocktails and are looking for an experience this is the bar for you!

Been coming here since they opened and after many iterations such as staff changes, JB seems to be thriving again.
Entrance staff can be friendlier but management (Jasmin) makes up for that.
Definitely still one of my top 3 favorite speakeasies in HK.
