It was such a extrem experience which I really felt what all imperial Japanese army and navy soldiers went through that time.. thank you for our guide Masato Hirano, who were a solider of Japan Defence forces…He explained us how it might had been and how difficult is was für our ancestors who had no choice to die but to live as long as possible to fight in order to prevent the bombing of main land of Japan as late as it would be able to.. though they know that they would never win the battle ...

I joined a tour for Japanese only - there was no available English-speaking guide - but it was worth the experience. Fortunately, an English-speaking tourist helped translate for me. I was able to understand most of the important highlights based on the plaques and available English info. Tour guide Masato did a fine job, I can tell from the participants' reaction. He was very knowledgeable of the WW II history of the island. Paying homage to the war memorials by lighting incense sticks made the experience more profound, especially for the Japanese visitors. I would opt for having an English-speaking tour next time, but my tour with the Japanese-only group was well worth it. Thanks for such a well-organized tour. Highly recommended.

On our first day in Palau we did the night kayaking tour of the Rock Islands. Everything was well organized at check in. It was lovely being out on the water at sunset. Two-person kayaks are not very efficient . Just enjoy the spectacular scenery. After a light boxed dinner on the larger boat, we jumped into the water to snorkel in the dark water. Then "stars" radiated from my fingertips. The bioluminescent was amazing. I want to swim in it everywhere in the world. You must do this tour during the new moon to have the best effect, but WOW. The next day we did the Special Rock Island Tour. It was another WOW. The two of us had an excellent guide who showed us all the best spots to snorkel. I saw an octopus crawl out of its cave. What an experience to see it change color. We walked along Long Beach searching for sand dollars. Our guide showed us how to find them. We toured to South Pacific in 15 days. Palau was the best country and Rock Island Tours was the best tour company of our trip.

Utilized RITC for an all day tour to Peleliu Island and visit to the historic WWII battle sites. Had apprehension about using RITC since they primarily cater to the Japanese tour market. However we were assured we would have an English speaking guide which proved to be the case. After a fast and beautiful one hour boat ride thru the Rock Islands, we toured the island for over four hours in a comfortable air conditioned van. The larger Japanese tourist followed the same route in a small minibus. We were escorted to and around Peleliu by Donna who grew up on the island. She did an excellent job and was willing and able to answer our many questions. Her command of English was good and we truly enjoyed the visit. RITC provided a typical Japanese Bento lunch which was good and there was plenty of cold water and drinks. While you are in a vehicle for transport, much of day is spent outdoors so be prepared with sunscreen, hat and mosquito repellent. If it rains be prepared for muddy conditions in the former battle fields.

They will pick you up from your hotel. We stayed at Palau Hotel.RITC staffs are very courteous and knowledgeable. We booked two tours with them. They provide Bento boxes lunch and another a barbecue lunch. Both of were great lunches. Both amazing trips with our guide Dance and boat captain was Lance. Dance was very patient and very helpful with us. For example going to the jelly fish lake you have to hike a little bit. I have few medical issues. Very patient with us. Took us around the jellyfish lake — breathtaking. Then on to deep drop — just amazing — coral and beautiful fish, turtles etc etc. Fishing and Barbecue — another great trip. The fish are so smart sometimes they take away your bates and they escape but sometimes you catch them. It was great fun when you catch them. Small ones you release it. They did a great job about the Barbecue lunch. Dance was very patient with us snorkeling around .He was Showing and pointing out all the wonderful , colorful fishes , turtles, corals and sharks! Hope the Palauan government keeps a strict control over tourism ,so that it is there for the next generations enjoy the beauty o& this magnificent place. Keep up the good work RITC.
