For bota owners the marina is probably one of the best in town. Thushara stands out as he is one of the most helpful employees they have. baterry recharges, cleaning, he gets it all done. Nothing is too much trouble. I very much appreciate having people like that on the ground to look after our vessels.

So many good restaurants and the view is great, specially now weather is getting cooler you can just walk and enjoy the marina.

Really struggling with all 5here reviews. Visited two nights ago on a Thursday. Have to say it was 7nderwhelming. The place felt dead. The bars were empty. Not really much to write home about. Maybe it’s better during the cooler months or when there is a big event on but on the basis of my first visit I won’t be rushing back

If you're staying on the island and the Marina isn't within walking distance, then use the free Hopper bus. From here you can pick up your boat for a trip out into the mangroves and beyond or there are several Bars & Restaurants to choose from to relax and look at the Yachts moored up. Live entertainment in the evenings, look for "what's on"

This is a beautiful marina of high standards, nicely planed and constructed with beautiful landscapes and nice plants, you could have a walk and enjoy looking at the amazing Yachts and boats, spend a good time relaxing and chatting, the restaurants around are very good especially the Italian Cipriani restaurant however the cost of the food there is high so be careful.

Beautiful location with many options for a meal and a drink. The only big issue is the parking! Since there's no valet, you will have to park far and take a walk which is not easy when it's hot and you have to wear a mask!

Hi,
Yas Marina is a marina with lots of leisure, recreational and dining options onsite. We are not a hotel and we don't have a beach. But, we do have plenty of watersports, like sailing, rowing, wake boarding and wake surfing. We also have a Pearl Diving tour onsite.
So, there are plenty of ways to enjoy the beautiful outdoors and UAE winter weather before having a meal at 1 of our 10 restaurants.

Is Abu Dhabi very different to Dubai ? Are there plenty of cafes and bars near the hotels etc. Been to Dubai but not to Abu Dhabi. Any advice would be very helpful. We are thinking of going there next November. Thanks

You might want to drop by Yas Marina on Yas Island when you visit Abu Dhabi. It is conveniently located near hotels and other Yas attractions like Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros World to name a few.
If you're visiting in November, Yas Marina is the best place to celebrate the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. The marina will be showcasing an electric atmosphere with a weekend-long array of culinary experiences, providing something for everyone from breakfast and dining throughout the day, to insta-worthy sundowners and glamorous parties into the night.
Abu Dhabi is a wonderful place to explore the culture and traditions of the UAE with local attractions such as the Grand Mosque, Qasr Al Hosn, Emirates Palance amongst many. Rest be assured, there are a significant number of dining & nightlife outlets that offer a varied culinary experience.

Hi Claire,
It depends which restaurant you are planning to visit in the evening. Shorts, t-shirts/ polos are perfectly fine for more casual restaurants like Diablito, Stars N Bars, Aquarium, Café D'Alsace and Diablito. However, you will both want to dress up a bit more for Iris or Cipriani.
During the day and early evening it is very casual at the marina with lots of people coming from water sports activities.
