Lovely beach to relax on and a walkway along the promenade where you can take a long walk and watch the world go by. Felt safe as very open with security. Large tall buildings in the background and places to eat in the area. Worth a visit for sure.

A terrific beach, clean and not too busy. The water is clean with lifeguards. Priced at just 12DHR per entry, I found this reasonable. Staying at local hotels, free tickets to the beach are given out so ask at reception. Parking across the road is fine but make sure you pay the correct rate….

Paying to go on the beach?! Well, that was a concept unknown to us. Pretty expensive aswel if you wanted a chair and an umbrella with it. Once paid, the beach itself was really nice, and beautiful. There was a food shack and i must say, even tho we orded fries and burgers/wraps/hotdogs, the food was insanely good. I mean, that women knew what she was doing! If you are willing to pay for it, i would recommend this beach.

Going to Corniche Beach was actually pretty disappointing. The skyscrapers of Abu Dhabi behind you are pretty cool but the beach itself was underwhelming. There is a fee for entry which wasn't significant and there are lounge chairs and umbrellas to rent. Since Al Lulu Island is directly across, the beach doesn't sit on open ocean. No waves and not overly scenic with the island directly across. Not being able to have a couple beers while out on the beach added to the less than good experience.
