This was my first trip to the UAE and I had travelled to attend a conference and as such this was a business trip. The Ethiad Towers was the conference venue but in addition I was able to spend some time relaxing by pools, swiming in the sea and enjoy the view from the Observation Tower. We ate in a number of the restaurants on site and all were lovely. The customer service team led by Avi were brilliant. I hope to come back again for a holiday not just work.

Visited the Observation deck as a part of a tour. You can walk around the entire building and get to see some of Abu Dhabi’s attractions from above (Presidential Palace, Emirates Palace etc); the view is nice, but it was not as spectacular as Burj Khalifa (Dubai). We were there around 10.30am which was good timing as there weren’t too many other people there.

Excellent hotel from the cleanliness of the rooms to the warm professional service. Absolutely faultless. I was travelling alone with my children and stayed at Etihad Towers for 4 weeks. The service from day one to the day I left was consistent. The staff made everything perfect and changed requirements to my needs. Loes arranged our stay and kept in contact throughout to make sure we were happy with everything. Hannah, Annie and all the staff at Rosewater were so friendly, helpful and kind to myself and children everyday for breakfast and lunch. The staff within Nahaam (AJ) and Sole were fantastic, The pool manager and team including Alii and everyone again went above and beyond their job role to ensure we had the loungers we needed to ice lollies for the children. The lifeguards were extremely lovely with the children. Concierge team were fantastic. Helped me change a booking I had booked on the wrong day. Anthony and his team were great. Room service was always brought with a smile and professionalism. Mossi from room service was great. House keeping manager Phoeye and supervisor kept in touch and changed the room to my requirements for my children and set times each day for cleaning and turn down service. Heri and Ari left a lovely gift of toiletries so kind. Myself and children had the most wonderful stay and made some really good memories. Thank you to ALL STAFF for everything.
