Rothschild Boulevard is one of the principal streets of Tel Aviv. It is named after the Rothschild family. The street is lined with up-market shops and restaurants. It's good for walking and cycling, its historic buildings have a rich history. Rothschild Boulevard has many Bauhaus buildings, which are examples of the International style, which typified 20th century architecture. Rothschild Boulevard makes good use of Tel Aviv's Mediterranean lifestyle.

This is a lovely walk out of the sun and loops around the back of the beaches to the shopping centre in Tel Aviv. Nice way to waste some time seeing where the declaration of independence of Israel was signed and soaking up the city. Make no mistake Tel Aviv is a modern city with all its trappings. Don't think dusty backwater sand swept streets. this is as cosmopolitan as it gets in the middle east. Its a long walk but very pleasant.
Use the scooters. Helmets are extra! of course but most bikes will have one attached to hire. Bird is the most reliable scooter I was informed. You download the App - register, add payment details - scan the QR code and away you go. Greta fun just go careful.

Absolutely wonderful! We walked along Rothschild Boulevard during the day and and night every day of our stay at the 65 Rothschild Hotel, seen the demonstrations, which were completely peaceful, visited the Rothschild Foundation (pretty weird art there, I must say), enjoyed our breakfasts and happy hours on the terrace of Cafe 65, loved the vibe and energy of young Tel Aviv crowd… it was an energy boost that made us feel young again.

This is the place to be. You have everything here, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, clubs, you name it. It is almost like the Champs Elysee but if only they took care of it more. The place is covered in construction/roadwork.

…wandering down this wide boulevard is hard to beat. There’s not loads to see but it gives you a sense of the city itself and is well-used by locals.

Nice walk from one end to another, quite busy with visitors, locals, bikes, scooters, dogs etc.

Rothschild Boulevard is one of Tel Aviv's most attractive streets. It's full of inviting restaurants and trendy coffee shops. It's well worth doing a premade along Rothschild Boulevard on Saturday night. By the way, the Rothschilds were wealthy bankers who were early supporters of modern Zionism.

you can kill an entire morning riding scooters along the scenic blvd. stop and grab coffees drinks and food along the way.

This boulevard has some of the finest pieces of Bauhaus architecture. It's been adapted to Israel's climate by making the balconies integral part of the living space. Some of the historical houses are in need of repair, some are being rebuilt in a grand style.

In Tel Aviv there are 2 museum with beautiful gift shops. The Eretz Israel Museum (in Ramat Aviv) and the Tel Aviv Museum of Art (in Tel Aviv). Both carry beautiful Items including Judaica items.
