First, tips is offered by the client, not asked by the manager of the place before you pay. Second, a tip is not equivalent to 35% of the bill. Third, put some ambiance. This mean, stop talking loud through the place as we get our session. Finally, don’t go there.

The worst.if i could give this place a worse review i would. Organised for a pedicure. Foot scrape and massage. No massage and basic pedi. Wanted to just pay for what we got. They proceeded to lock the door and not let us out. The man grabbed me. DO NOT GO HERE FOR THE LIFE OF YOU anywhere else is much better than these weirdos…

Gave out brochures which had a "special" deal on a foot massage. My girlfriend and I made the mistake of walking in. At the end they demanded a tip the same price as the massage. This place should be shut down. Never ever come here.

I dont even know where to begin on how horrible this place is. We were walking and came across this shop to do our nails. The staff was talking non stop and giving us looks like they were talking about us. The whole session was also interrupted by phone calls, and them going outside the shop to get more customers. We did deluxe mani and pedi. Instead of a proper massage (which was promised in the package) all i get is a them rubbing my hand. Why would I freaking pay for someone to rub my hand? No base or top coat was applied! I wish i read the review before walking into the shop. After that, they even had the cheeck to DEMAND for a hefty tip! I didnt want to tip them at all, but they INSISTED & DEMANDED for a minimum $5 USD tip. Worst experience ever! My nail colour didnt even last more than 24 hours.…

We thought it was too cheap compared to others to be true but decided to try anyway. Was initially told it was USD9 or 210,000VND for 70mins but when we returned it was USD9 for 60mins. When we tried to say someone else told us different, she became aggresive and said "where? Tell me who say? NOBODY SAY." Since the price was cheap we thought 60 minutes would be fine. However they provided us with clothes and towel to change into which was used by don't know how mant people(as i saw them folding the clothes I wore nicely). The thai massage was fine for USD9 honestly. But just when were about to leave and give I know only a measly 50,000VND as tip and we honestly didn't know because we were tourists, they gave us a coupon to pay USD4 or 5 option for a tip. Or at least VND 100,000. BECAUSE TIPPING IS NOT AN OPTION BUT COMPULSORY THERE. We stated that we were not told because we searched that tipping was not necessary. She claimed that it was basic knowledge to tip. SHE STARTED BECOMING AGGRESSIVE AND STOMPED OFF, SO WE QUICKLY GAVE 50,000 VND PER PERSON and walked off. ***IMPORTANT: I later found out from a local that vietnamese people are expected to pay the exact same price of the service as tip. So if you pay USD9, they expect USD9 as tip. So don't be tricked. You are actually paying double of what they ask you to pay.…
