I booked a treatment with my wife, and brought my 8 year old daughter along. I have to make a confession, I have previously dealt with this facility in a commercial relationship ( they purchased some equipment that I used to sell), but this was purely a relaxation weekend during a weekend trip. The staff in attendance did not know me, so there was no preferential treatment or special rates. My wife did the booking. I was just curious to see how the facility turned out after I saw it being built. I work in the industry, as mentioned before, so I have benchmarks to compare to. I have to say the standards are absolutely amazing, as good as anywhere I have been in Asia, but the prices are almost laughable. The spa is luxurious, spotless, and well equipped. The massage was better than anything my wife and I had in Thailand, Singapore or Indonesia, meticulous and thorough. My wife commented on the facial, again all glowing reviews. I had an Indiba treatment for some pain and skin tightening (and no, I did not sell them this machine!). I have had multiple RF treatments before, all over Asia. The therapist was one of the best I encountered anywhere. Really good understanding of technique. I did sell them a wonderful Rejuvenation laser called Regenlite, and their prices on the website are 1/10th of the treatment anywhere else! The environment is luxurious and staff is really caring. While my wife and I were vegetating, they took care of our daughter, let her float in a jacuzzi, and when she got bored, took her out and bought her some dinner! Definitely a highlight of our trip to Saigon this time, and i cannot wait for my next trip to return!

I am very disappointed from Spa Et Cetera. The cosmetician was very unfriendly and not professional !! I had a appointment, they forgot it. I was waiting for over thirty minutes. I had some terrible face massage... I would never go there.

Massage is always on my agenda for holidays. Sometimes you get good massage but sometimes the experience is really bad. In this spa, you can spend a whole day pampering yourself from head to toe at very affordable prices. I have tried their indiba for chronic pain, do a facial, manicure, pedicure and hot stone massage. I finished each treatment totally satisfied and a plus point is their invidividual shower room which provides clean towels. It makes you feel that you are in a 5 star hotel. It is certainly worth a visit if you are in town if you are in town.

A few weeks ago I went with my boyfriend because the reviews were so flattering, however I was still skeptical. We were staying in district 1 so it was a really far distance, however the cab ride was worth it. We got a little lost on the way because the address wasn't regeresting on google maps so i called and the receptionist gave the taxi driver directions. When we got there we were greeted by English speaking staff. The manager or owner came and talked to us while we were waiting. She was completly fluent and made us feel very welcomed. The services that followed were also good! I got eyelash extensions, which I was VERY nervous about because I only had them done in Korea and the US with Novalashes. The woman who did my lashes didn't speak English but she had a translator to help ask me what my needs were. They also didn't have synthetic lashes, it was real hair- which I was super nervous about because I read horror stories about the hair that is used in Vietnam for lashes. The procedure took around 1.5 hours which is a little longer than usual but it was okay because the beautician did a really wonderrful job. She did a very meticulous job and I could tell she put a lot of extra effort into making them look as real as possible. At the time I was sort of worried and a little panic-y because she was doing a lot of cutting and I smelled the glue. I was really worried that I had made a terrible mistake and that my eyelashes were going to be glued together and I wouldn't know where to get it fixed. However, they turned out looking really meticulous and real. I really liked that they looked completly real, and my boyfriend told me looked better than the Novalash, and they lasted much longer than Novalash ever did. Another great part of my experience was that my boyfriend, who was getting a massage while the lashes were being done, was in the same room as me (we were given the option to be in the same room). It made me feel even more comfortable because he was next to me the whole time, and enjoying his time. All in all, I had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely professional, the place was very clean and quiet. I haven't gotten a eyelash fill, though its been over a month, but I still get compliments on them. The only bad part about the experience was that it was so far from district 1. Of course, the spa isn't a luxury spa in the US so you can't expect that kind of super-relaxing aroma therapy everywhere dim lighted experience. However, the services were good, the spa was clean and most of the staff were professional and spoke English well.
