We came here for tailor made 1 suit and 1 shirt, total costed 4,200KVND! First of all, the quality of shirt is low, it doesn't fit but they rejected to amend! About the schedule of tailor made suit, measure>fitting>complete, originally we only need to go to the shop for 3 times. But the staff didn't follow last fitting day as scheduled and they didn't prior notice us before shop closed. We requested them to bring to our place in as we need it for the next day. Shop owner agreed to bring so called “completed suit” for final fitting. We are surprised as we found there are so many white chalk markings on the dark color suit, with winkles as well as some white spots which cannot be repaired immediately. Owner kept saying her irresponsible excuse, that usually their customers would send to dry cleaning by themselves before wearing, tailor made suit completed (passing to customer) with full of chalk markings is very normal. But I think "completed suit" should mean "ready to wear" and at least it should be no need to work on removing white chalk by customer! Owner blamed why I can find so many problems on their product, if she knows I have requirements she won't receive my order. What an unpleasant experience in this poor service shop, it is lucky that we are living in HCMC, we still have time and chance to request as we didn't do full payment from the beginning!…
