I came here for traveler’s retreat package and anti-aging facial. At the check-in, I asked to extend the massage part of package by 15 mins. When I came out of the treatment, I noticed I didn’t get all the treatments I asked for. As I spoke to the manager, I learned that the front desk lady took off the traveler’s retreat and just ordered extended massage and facial. Also my treatment came short in time. I complained that I did not get treated for 2 hours and 45 mins as advertised. At least 15 mins short. The manager was very apologetic and offered me free facial but I told her I was willing to pay the full amount of the treatment, just for the exact time of the treatment time. Although the staff is very sincere, their communication in Japanese and English can be improve. I speak both but they could not complete the conversation in either language. The treatment itself was very good especially the shiatsu massage. I was not particularly fond of the fragrance of cream/lotion they used for facial but my face was so soft and smooth after the treatment. It was a nice relaxing retreat in busy, noisy city. …

Thank you very much to Sen Spa. I have experienced so great time in July 2019 here. I'm extremely like services as Heaven 3 hours, Total Body Pain Release 90 mins...It was awesome. I went to this Spa for arms waxing, I had a very bad service, tha staff, two ladies did not know anything about wax, therefore they just did something wrong with the wax and it was sticking in my skin many times and could not manage to remove it, so they tried many times but I told them to stop because my arm was really red and they were peeling off my skin. Off course much better when I do it on my own Beside that, they were all the time talking each other and laughing, I would like to remind that even though we cannot understand vietnamese, it is not professional to act like that in front of the client and with such a bad situation. last but not least obviously I still have many hairs on my arms because they just did a mess.…

I have been to Sen Spa (Lotus Spa) a few month ago and got a very good experience. The Therapist is very careful and touch my expectation. Came here on the weekend and had a great experience! This place is a nice fusion of Japan and Vietnam. The manager and receptionists were really welcoming and friendly. Will definitely come back! 👍🏼
