Tried the Refreshment package and was very happy with it. Requested the therapist to massage strongly, and she did that very well. They were very generous to let me use the steam bath as long as I wanted to. The facial was very refreshing and to top it off, the iced cold OJ was perfect. The jacuzzi could have been better if only the tub was a little bigger, otherwise, the place is clean, modern, the therapists are very attentive and will adjust their treatments to your needs and very friendly and jovial. They were always available to show me what was next. The VIP room meant privacy and the bathroom inside it was also clean. At USD53 for over 2 hours, what's there to complain ? For the money spent, this was a much happier experience than at spas with similar names located in more upmarket hotels in Saigon.

Stay away - manicurist was terrible and has no attention to detail! As soon as another customer came in she rushed my manicure (if you can even call it that) and as a result my nail polish was bubbled and ceratin parts were missed! I refused a tip and they were not very happy. Stay away if you want quality.

While the Jessica Spa was a convenient location to our hotel, I would not visit this place again due to the really pushy and demanding girls who accost you after the massage for tips. When given a "survey" to fill out with a space for the tip, the girl flat out said "no, more!" after we wrote in 10% (already quite generous we believed, since the massage was barely average). She then proceeded to demand a $5 tip on a $10 massage. Massage technique was what is fairly typical to cheap asian massage places - it's not very therapeutic but instead formulaic - going through a set program of motions. There was no asking if the pressure was ok or if I wanted something different. Another note, none of them seemed very fluent in English. Overall, skip this place, shell out a little more at a better establishment.

I came in for a massage because my shoulders and neck were aching. I opted for a 30 minute shoulder neck massage. Instead, what I got was a time compressed body massage. The massage itself was terrible. The massuese wailed on soft portions of my body that really shouldn't take that much pressure. I tried multiple times to explain my needs and orient her towards my pain, but the massuese seemed to be focused on finishing her "routine". I gritted my teeth and sat through it. Then when we were leaving, the massuese hands us comment cards. There is a section called bonus. I ask her what to tip, and she insists on 50%! I start realizing how exposed I am (no shoes, in a lobby with "friends" everywhere, I am sure) decide to just pay them and leave. This is what I would call a scam...stay AWAY!
