While the water park itself was fine, the conditions of the wild animals were absolutely horrendous, appalling and heart shattering. There are two elephants chained to the ground and unable to move for their spots. They show very obvious signs of distress and can’t even access the water fountain that is clearly just there for aesthetic purposes. There were also sun bears with hardly any fur left on their backs and kept in small dim cages. This is not place for wild animals. Please do not support this business. When you attend the water park, you are supporting their animal attractions and it’s honestly just not worth it.

The overall first impression was that the park was a bit too dirty and worn out. The water in the pools was unclear and the pool bottoms sometimes slippery with algae. At our lunch we twice had servings of undercooked chicken (after we had our meal of undercooked chicken returned and swapped for a new undercooked chicken) and after the lunch we started seeing rats several places in the park. It might be fine enough for local people who are more accustomed to rats, but we found it to be quite appalling. We actually saw a rat from the kitchen drinking from the kids’ pool! We cannot recommend this to others.

This was a really fun day out. We got there right on 9 when it opens and only really needed to spend a few hours tops there. Would really recommend arriving at 9 as there were no lines for anything so we did all the slides by 11. At 12 when we left it was already getting way more crowded and a bit too busy to be as enjoyable but you can still fit in heaps by then. Loved the lazy river but it could be a bit too fast passed for really young children.

Went here early (9am ish) which was the perfect time! Wasn’t too busy. We spent about 2 hours here which was enough time. Overall, very fun- so many things to do. They had so many slides, a wave pool, a rope swing, a lazy river etc.. so there was plenty to do. Cost was 190,000 dong which was worth it.

Spent the full day here yesterday and the first thing to be mindful is to make sure you go to the water park - not the theme park (if you want the water park). The entrances are off the same road, about 500m away. Once in there are a number of options available. Most are geared to people over 1.4m, but still Some available between 1.0 -1.4m, and for shorter than 1.0m there is a good play pool with slides and a lazy river. (Also a wave pool). The slides were safe but fast. The flying fox a highlight - I’ve never seen that in a water park before!! MAKE SURE YOUR BATHERS HAVE NO ZIPS OR EVEN EYELETS IN THEM (many board shorts have these as a drainage pocket on their bottom) AS THE GUARDS ARE STRICT ON THIS AND WONT ALLOW YOU TO GO DOWN. Food inside is affordable too considering you are inside a theme park. Go on a weekday for less people, however you may experience a school crowd - don’t stress, they will be gone by 2:00 and the park will be dead by 3:00 giving great access to all the rides!!
